Make memories for a lifetime in this unique and family-friendly space. There are countless options here if you enjoy walking in the forest or in the mountains... Plenty of marked trails... If you enjoy fishing, you'll find both a fishing jetty and other suitable fishing spots… both the sea and fishing waters are within walking distance of Dukkestua. We have 3 great camping spots in the village, with barbecue facilities for those who want to… We also have a 24-hour shop about 1.5 km from Dukkestua. There is a walking and cycling path to get there. Some Saturdays, we have a pub on the quay… It's very popular.

Cosy house in peaceful surroundings. 1–6 people

Here you can enjoy yourself with family and friends in peaceful surroundings. The perfect starting point for those who enjoy the outdoors. Several of my long-distance guests have stayed overnight here on their journey to/from Lofoten. From here, it takes 40 minutes to drive to Bodø, 40 minutes to Saltstraumen, 5 minutes to R80 and 20 minutes to Fauske/E6. Location: The house is located in Bringsli, which is 8.3 km further into the valley from Straumsnes, which is the centre of Valnesfjord. There is, among other things, a grocery store and a bistro.

Cabin with annex, fantastic views, good sun conditions

Great cottage yard in relaxing surroundings with stunning views of fjords and mountains. Nice hiking trails right from the cabin door, and with 5-20 min by car you will find both sandy beach, fantastic ski slopes and a variety of mountain peaks in magnificent nature. There are very good sun conditions on the plot, and with little light pollution in the area there are great chances to see the northern lights in winter. From the parking lot at RV80 there is about 900 m to walk along the footpath and forest road in small natural terrain.

Resting heart rate with views and insight

Relax with the whole family in this little oasis. Short distance from the city (Bodø) with great opportunities for hiking, fishing or just enjoying the views and observing the wildlife. Good with space for children, with amazing climbing trees and several natural playgrounds. There is electricity and summer water, urinal and incineration toilet. Drinking water is to be brought, but we make sure that there are several liters available upon arrival. However, please note that there is no shower here. Parking a short walk from the cabin.

The holiday home Høgtun at Strøksnes

Enjoy the tranquility of beautiful surroundings at Strøksnes. Over 100 years old small house that is under renovation. Nice view, short distance to the river or the sea for swimming, football pitch, barbecue facilities, nice fishing opportunities, short distance to Bjørklund farm where they sell cinnamon buns, pick-your-own strawberries/raspberries. A small local shop about 3.5 km away, limited opening hours. Fine hiking areas. About 300 m to the ski slope. Driving distance to Hamarøy, Steigen and Rago National Park.

We have NORTHERN LIGHTS on clear winter nights (from September to March) and normally a lot of snow in winter! The house is centrally located about 1 km from the store/train and bus/dining place, but at the same time there are countless hiking areas both on foot and on skis in the nearby area. Velkommen til en romslig og trivelig leilighet på bakkeplan i et rolig nabolag sentralt i Fauske. Her bor du med kort gangavstand til tog, buss, butikker, serveringssteder og sentrum(5-10min). Flotte turområder er også lett tilgjengelige. Leiligheten passer for familier, par, venner og jobbreisende. Leiligheten har god plass og stor hage rett utenfor døren. Fauske er et godt utgangspunkt for å utforske Salten-regionen, med kort vei til Bodø, Saltstraumen, Sulis og Rago nasjonalpark. Velkommen

Hytten ligger lett tilgjengelig ved riksvei 80, mellom Bodø og Fauske. Vakker utsikt over fjorden. Kjøkken, bad og strøm. Solrik balkong. 5 minutt med bil til badeplass. Fantastisk turområde både sommer og vinter. Fiske, bærplukking, sopp-sanking, lokalmat. 10 min til Valnesfjord, med matbutikk, kafe osv. 20 min til Fauske. 35 min til Bodø. Saltstraumen, Nasjonalparker, Grotter, Museer, shopping. Hytten er under renovering, og tilgjengelig fra 1. juni 2026. Innvendige bilder kommer!

Glamping Nordland - Dome - Arctic light

The Domes are placed above a garden where raspberries are grown. The Domes are in nature with a fantastic view of the mountains and the fjord. You can see the sky from your bed. During the winter you might even see stars, the moon – or the northern lights? Homemade breakfast with fresh bread and local products is served in a refurbished barn. The Domes are without electricity, but wood for heating is provided. WC, shower, electricity and WiFi are provided in the barn - 100 m walk.

Dyrevennlig leilighet med 2 soverom og parkering til flere biler. Hjørneleilighet kun 1 km fra Fauske sentrum, med natur, og turstier rett utenfor døren. Alt på ett plan med egen inngang, to soverom, fullt utstyrt kjøkken, stue, bad/vaskerom og koselig uteplass. Enkel adkomst med parkering rett utenfor døren. Passer perfekt dere som reiser med dyr, par, små familier eller arbeidsreisende som ønsker et komfortabelt og fredelig opphold nær både Fauske sentrum og naturen.
