En Croustet is an old farmhouse which has kept it's traditional look while preparing a greener future, solar panels for electricity and hot water and a wood burning boiler. Our natural swimming pool is an integral part of the garden all year round . Situated in the foot hills of the "Montain Noire", facing south with the Pyrénées on the horizon, the large garden has barbecues, swings and a pond with fish and tadpoles. In between the two airports of Carcassonne(30Km) and Toulouse(50Km), it's an ideal base for visiting the Pays Cathar. This relaxing country location is an ideal center for walking, cycling or visiting places like Castelnaudary for the cassoulet, Carcassonne for the magnificent medieval city, and lake St.Ferreol source of the canal du midi and a summer time favorite for picnics and water sports. We have two gites, the "Mésanges" that can accommodate four people. And the "Loriots" accommodates for six people. They are both bright functional flats that we are sure will help you have a good break in this wonderful region

Ideal for a family with children or 2 couples, FIGUIER (100 m2 duplex) is composed of a living area with open kitchen, dining area and living room on the ground floor, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower and 2 toilets. A large furnished and flowery terrace completes this cottage. Pool (15 x 5 m) shared with the 2 other cottages, swing, trampoline, zip line. The pool will be closed for renovations in January and February 2025
