Fully equipped, this house has 3 real bedrooms (bedroom 1 with sink and integrated shower, bedroom 2 with a double bed and a dressing room, bedroom 3 with 2 single beds), a large living room/kitchen of more than 30 m², two toilets and two exteriors: a terrace on the street side and a beautiful patio of 25 m² at the back.

Pedestrian street, very quiet, 100 m from the beach, close to shops and artists' galleries. Ground floor: living room, dining room, TV, Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen. 1st floor: separate toilet, shower room, double bedroom with toilet/shower area. From the balcony, very nice view of the bell tower, small sea view. 2nd floor: spacious bedroom, attic, 3 single beds or 1 double bed +1 single bed.

Port de Llanca - Near the Beach

Actually a 4 minute walk to the Beach. A room with own entrance via the patio, 17 square meter room, double bed, TV, WiFi, own bathroom, (shower and toilet) and a 8 square meter patio. The house is at the top of a hill if you don't have a car you'll have to walk uphill to get home. We now have a kitchen, there's a cooker with two hotplates, an extractor, the microwave and fridge from before and a sink, see the photos... There is also a full length mirror. Recent addition, awning in the patio.

Two-story house with a small balcony overlooking the street with one room on each floor; Rue de l'Egalité is a typical street in the picturesque district of Mouré, quiet, friendly, without cars and so close to the beach that you can go there with just a towel on your shoulder!

My cozy and warm home was renovated in 2019. It is very bright with a skylight, two terraces, one overlooking the bell tower, the other overlooking the mountain. It combines modernity (open kitchen, designer furniture) in an old architecture (large art deco style staircase, terrace built on the rampart). Located in the heart of the village on a quiet street, it is 3 km from the beaches (bike path), 6 km from Collioure, 20 km from Spain and 1.5 hours from the ski slopes.
