Linen package (linens and towels) on request € 8.50 per person. Tourist tax €3.50 per person/night. Ideal for those seeking peace, hikers, skiers, excursionists and small families.

We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. In winter, explore the Tauplitz ski area, and in summer relax on the patio, hike or visit nearby lakes. Perfect for couples, solo travellers, or small families.

The bright and quietly located apartment for up to four people is equipped with many loving details, as well as underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, TV, spacious wardrobe, walk-in shower and toys :) In winter, the high-altitude ski resorts of Tauplitz and Loser are easily accessible for ski and cross-country skiers, as is the beautiful Narzissentherme in Bad Aussee. And to make the vacation feeling last longer, I'm happy to allow late check-out on request!

Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Our vacation home is just a little off the beaten path (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or even those who want to relax! Looking forward to seeing you soon !
