The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

You can expect a stylishly renovated cottage with a cosy sleeping area and a view of the greenery, a modern bathroom, a small kitchen, a covered veranda with an outdoor kitchen, and a private garden with a fire pit right by the water. Neben einem schönen Feierabendbier auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge sowie Pferdekoppel, gibt es in der Gegend viele Angebote für das sportliche Herz. Neben Radfahren, Wandern- ist auch das „bayerische Venedig“ - Passau nur ca 30min mit dem Auto entfernt.

The two-storey accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms. One of them has a separate bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC, while the other bedroom has a shower and WC. The chalet therefore offers space for 4 people. The equipment also includes WLAN and a Smart TV.
