The WaldhausLodge offers a spacious, rustic cabin atmosphere for 2 people with plenty of light, comfort and a bedroom with a double bed (200 x 220). A sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to 2 additional guests. The furnishings, made primarily of natural materials, include an open-plan kitchen-living room, wood-burning stove, underfloor heating, bathroom with rain shower, hand shower, surge shower and Kneipp hose, as well as linens, towels, organic toiletries, espresso beans, LAN and, on request, WiFi.

Our small, secluded farm is located in the most beautiful valley of the Bavarian Forest, hidden on the mountainside in the forest and accessible only via a forest path. Our visitors enjoy the tranquility and naturalness of the place and the coziness of their vacation home. In front of the log cabin is a sheltered sitting area with a campfire area. There is a small mountain pond a few meters away. Swimming is allowed, but the water is ice cold.

The historic log cabin is set in large fenced grounds with its own volleyball court, sunken trampoline, seating area with fire pit, grill and smokehouse. It offers peace and privacy in the middle of the Sumava woodland. The charming Kramata lake is located near the complex - an ideal place for swimming. In winter you can go cross-country skiing directly from the lodge. The ski slopes are only a few minutes away by car.

At the Bavarian Forest National Park

Relax after an active day in the national park with the whole family in this rustic and cozy place to stay on the edge of the forest. Throughout the year, the nature of the Bavarian Forest invites you to explore it. Hiking trails are right at your doorstep. Extended tours are just as possible as Nordic walking, snowshoeing in winter, or easy walks. Look for mushrooms in the fall and enjoy the snow in the winter. Cross-country ski trails are on site when there is sufficient snow.

Forest house in nature

Welcome to the Waldlerhaus in the Bavarian Forest. The house is a wooden log house from about 1810, which stands in a large garden with many fruit trees. We rent the first floor, whereby otherwise no other parties live in the house. There is a bedroom with two beds, and a bunk bed. The second room has a bed and TV. There is a kitchen-living room and a bathroom. In the area there are very nice small lakes, and the Bavarian Forest Nature Park as well as the city of Passau.
