Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Rodlhaus GruBÄR

Welcome to the Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cosy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. On the upper floor, you will find cosy sleeping areas. You can relax in the barrel sauna in the garden or in the hammock with a view. Cafe Machine: Tschibo Cafissimo Various sauna infusion oils are available. Looking forward to seeing you soon :)

Enjoy a cozy stay at this peaceful and perfectly-located place. The small apartment is newly renovated and modernly furnished including bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette & sitting area. The spacious balcony with great views of the mountains of the Bavarian Forest and over Waldkirchen invites you to linger (sunrise! ;) ). 4-minute walk to the heart of Waldkirchen with cafes, restaurants, Garhammer department store and much more. 5-minute walk to the Karoli pool, ice rink and outdoor pool.

Apartment with a view of the Dreisessel

The apartment at the beginning of a cul-de-sac contains an equipped kitchen, bedroom, living room with sofa bed (can be pulled out for up to 2 people, you sleep on 2 real mattresses) and bathroom with shower. From the balcony you have a direct view of the three armchair. The walk and bike path starts right in front of the house. Parking is available on the premises as well as adjacent to a large hiking parking lot. Note: Not suitable for animal hair allergy sufferers. City tax included.

Cozy studio on country estate

Das Studio ist modern ausgebaut, sehr schön und gemütlich, deshalb möchten wir diesen speziellen Ort der Ruhe und Erholung gerne teilen. Das Studio liegt im 1 Stock auf einem Hof in der Nähe des Bayerischen Waldes/ Böhmerwald. Neben einem schönen Feierabendbier auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge sowie Pferdekoppel, gibt es in der Gegend viele Angebote für das sportliche Herz. Neben Radfahren, Wandern- ist auch das „bayerische Venedig“ - Passau nur ca 30min mit dem Auto entfernt.

At the edge of the forest on the Schellenberg

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

The chalet "Ferienchalet Schneiders" is located in Wegscheid and is perfect for an unforgettable vacation with your loved ones. The two-storey accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms. One of them has a separate bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC, while the other bedroom has a shower and WC. The chalet therefore offers space for 4 people. The equipment also includes WLAN and a Smart TV.

Idyllic Fewo am Geiersberg

Cozy apartment in a quiet, idyllic location in the Bavarian Forest – perfect for nature lovers! Hiking and mountain biking trails start right outside the door, a small ski resort is steps away. A beautiful lake is close by. Hauzenberg with restaurants, bars and shopping is quickly reached. Excursions to the border triangle or to the nearby Passau offer cultural variety. Rest and activity in the middle of fantastic nature!

Small but nice with a view of the Danube

The small room is partly furnished with antiques and is located in the old ship's post office of 1805 opposite the castle, with an interesting museum directly on the Danube. The garden can be used by our guests. Danube bike path leads past the house, in addition to the usual bus connection, there is also the possibility to transfer to Austria by ferry or to drive to Linz or Passau by steamer.
