Electric roller shutters. Several parking spaces. Very quiet location, country setting, start of hiking trails. Beautiful panorama and sunshine. Close to Aix-Les-Bains, Bourget beach and lake 4 km away, ski resorts and Bauges Regional Park 30 minutes away. From Saturday to Saturday in summer.

This renovated, unique and spacious gîte, with an eco-responsible approach, is located 8 minutes from the city center of Chambéry and 6 minutes from the highway. The accommodation has an open private parking lot with 4 spaces, self check-in and high-speed WiFi (fiber) access. A playroom and outdoor playground will delight the little ones. The heated pool (not to be confused with a hot tub), which is shared with the hosts, is open from May to September inclusive, subject to favorable weather.

Charming old farmhouse, spacious (320m2), from the 18th century. Located in a 5-hectare green setting of natural beauty, in the Chartreuse and close to the clear, warm waters of Lake Aiguebelette. Around the lake you'll find restaurants, beaches, and an abundance of activities. Immediate access to several hiking trails. Winter activities are available 40 minutes away by car. 17 people maximum (max 14 adults + children. No noisy celebrations or events. July/August, minimum 6 nights.

Enjoy a moment of relaxation in this Jacuzzi, which is privately accessible without a time limit during your stay (not available in July/August) The pool is open from May to the end of August, and you can share it with me even if I am not traveling. Only 5 minutes from Lake Bourget, Aix-les-Bains and Chambéry.

Family home renovated in 2017. With friends or family, you can simply enjoy the landscape, outdoor life, a practical and elegant interior, 4 bedrooms. Beautiful terrace, barbecue, swimming pool, you hardly need to go out... but there are so many sports, cultural and gastronomic activities outside... Beware of the many ponds, swimming pool, sloping terrain, steep stairs, which put a lot of obstacles in the way of small children or people with reduced mobility.

The Tiny House faces Lake Bourget on one side and the Massif des Bauges on the other. Living room-kitchen with a sleeping area and bathroom. The glass doors give the impression of being as close to nature as possible, and the terrace will be the best place for an evening by the jacuzzi.
