Great place to stay with family max 5 pax. This is my second time staying here in hatyai. Will be my fav place to stay every time i come visit hatyai. Kien is such a kind hearted host i requested for early check in and we got to check in earlier. I requested for birthday suprise for my brother on the day check in and yes he did 🥹 im so touched and my brother so happyy. Value for money for family with kids, out of hustle and bustle, but quite far from main attraction at Hatyai, you always need to get a ride to centre of Hatyai, no nearby restaurant or convenient Store, but the facilities are great group staycation with responsible owner. Thank you

As some reviewer mentioned, the outlook is a little old and hallway is very basic. But once you entered the room is another world. Very cozy design and clean home. Fitted with small kitchen which is best for family traveling with small kids (heat up food with microwave etc.). Requested additional bed to be setup on the master bed and it was done nicely. Will surely return here if we visit Hatyai again. Thank you Kien!!

We spent 2 weeks at Alan's place and we really loved it. The apartment is a little small but very cozy and clean. The WiFi is super fast and there's a table to have a meal or eat. Then, the bed is comfortable and there's a small balcony. We work online and we were happy to find a shared working area downstairs. The gym was very spacious and the equipment was enough. Location wise, it's about 5 minutes drive from central shopping mall (you can't walk there), 5 minutes walk from 7-11 and cafe Amazon, and just about 10 minutes from Hat Yai city. All in all I highly recommend and I would stay here again

We went to Satun on business and stayed for one night in this wonderful house. The host responded to our booking request very quickly, and when we arrived at the house, he immediately met us and checked us in. The house itself is very spacious, neat and clean, and the place itself is very quiet and peaceful. There are mountains and picturesque nature around. Many thanks to the host and a special thanks to the female cook who fed us a very tasty breakfast. If we come to Satun again, we will definitely stay here!

We booked this property for 10 days stay in feb 2025 for treatment in PSU hospital. It was an amazing experience. We loved the house, their beautiful lawn, big space area, windy and quiet Neighbour hood. We were a family of 5 and a baby. It was a charm. Our treatment went very well in PSU and our stay was very pleasant. We cooked our own meals and had a wonderful stay. They have a very nice house with nice bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stacked with cutlery, lpg gas stove and we enjoyed cooking and staying here. They have two cute cats and a small dog which were very cute and hospitable. Ralph and K. O were very nice hosts. Always ready and offering with a smile. Ralph made coffee for us as they have a nice small cafe in the property. The evenings and mornings are very pleasant time to sit in the garden. All amenities and grocery shopping department store is in the radius of 3kms. This property is ideal for family with kids.
