The place is very clean and comfortable. The building itself looks quite old, but once we get inside, it’s everything that we wanted. Stayed here for 3 nights, and we had a really comfortable & enjoyable stay with lots of amenities. The location is a bit on the outskirt of town, but getting around is easy as Grab is always available. Would highly recommend this place if you’re traveling in a group of 3-4 👍🏻

Had a really pleasant stay. The place felt just like home to me which I love. Toilet even has amenities provided. The place that I stayed at was really good as it was a <15mins drive away from all the nearby shopping and food that I wanted to go. The only downside is the main gate has a stiff cable number lock, making it less convenient for trying to quickly drop off things.

It’s was a nice stay , worth the money, booked the unit at last minute but got a very reasonable price yet a spacious room; there is quite some parking at this unit, quite friendly to those who is driving own car. However, there is a bit smelly when you step in the unit, i think is because the ventilation or the water pip issue (i dont know😅）,but definitely is not because the cleaning issue. Overall quite satisfied with my stay.

Great value for the money. Didn’t check about the hot water not provided in showers which was my fault. Near food and only 45 min walk from hat yai train center (10 min grab motorcycle ride). Make sure to use street labeled soi 13 to go to housing. I accidentally went wherever google maps goes which was next street over and got super confused. Other than that, I recommend this place for sure. Thanks for letting me check in and check out early and late!!!!

since I go for songkran festival the place is near to the spot and the place so comfortable to stay the host is superb helpful and friendly easy to communicate 2nd day the door lock but the host come within 15min to sort out i bring my toddler and family the place so easy peasy
