Apartment ideally located to visit Menorca, beautiful sea view and very quiet, everything was perfect.

This was our second visit because we had such a wonderful time last year! It was equally fantastic this time too! A lovely house in picturesque surroundings, including a pool. We loved sitting on the front terrace to have meals, to read and to sunbathe. It was so peaceful. Silvia was so kind to buy us some provisions as we arrived on the evening of check in day. In addition to the lovely Opera Restaurante, there is also now a cafe where you can buy some food to take away. We greatly enjoyed a couple of pre-dinner walks on the Cami de Cavalls, the entrance to which was just a few feet away. The views are amazing and we hardly saw anyone. We hope to return again. Very cozy apartment with a great patio, it is just as described in the listing. If one day you want a beach break, the communal pool is very large, and if it is wonderful. We will certainly repeat it again. Antonia, the hostess was helpful at all times. We had a stay of 10.

Everything is great. It is on the first floor, we accommodated well, we had not paid attention to the publication that had stairs. Some supplies were missing, such as toilet paper, but nothing serious. Thanks for your prompt responses.

The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. We were very warmly welcomed and we got a lot of good tips. Even when we had a problem with the safe, we were quickly helped. The location of the apartment was quiet in our season and the way to Ciutadella was about 35 minutes on foot along the beautiful coast to the harbour.

we had a very nice stay the apartment is very nice, very comfortable and it is located by the sea and in 5 min you are at the beach. Catrina and Carlos are adorable and very responsive. I would like to say that we were lucky enough to host two very beautiful people.

We had a great week at Maria Teresa's place, which we did not see but who is very responsive by message. The apartment matches the photos, the bedding is good. Linens and towels are appreciated. The location is quiet and you can see the sunset every night 50 meters from the house! Spacious but not secure pool, be careful when you have children who can't swim. Location a little out of the island, we rode bcp to visit. But both the island and the apartment allowed us to have a great holiday 😍

We stayed in the appartments for two weeks with our two kids (1 and 3 years old) at the beginning of June. The appartment itself privides everything as promised and we felt home immeriately. The door to the terrace can be locked, so the kids can't reach the pool, which is only a few meters away. The staff at the pool bar was very friendly. There are 3 pools with different depths (for babies, kids, adults). The sea is only a short walk away. Since the village is located up a hill you have to pass a long staircase, but it is also possible to reach the beach by a street (walking or by car). There are two supermarkets and some car rentals just across the street. Jose was very helpful and responded quickly, if we had any questiond. We can really recommend this appartment, especially before or after the main season.

My family and I have enjoyed a lot at Jose Luis's place. We booked the same day of check-in and everything was ready and ready. Jose luis has been very communicative from the beginning and has given us very good directions. The swim in the pool after a day of coves is the best! We'll be back!!!

We had a comfortable stay in Rosa's apartment. It should be noted that it had everything you needed, especially in the kitchen, which is sometimes difficult to have everything and you have to make do with something. In general, everything was very clean. Rosa responded very quickly to all messages and in a very friendly way. A negative point is the noise, since the exit of the bedroom leads directly to a roundabout that is quite busy all day, since it is the entrance to that area of the island.

Rosi was very available and flexible for check-in and check-out time. Everything was in order and matched the description. The accommodation is really ideally located, close to Ciutadella with a very beautiful beach 5 minutes walk away and a good size swimming pool, well exposed. Easy parking is also an advantage. To make everything perfect, it would be a plus to have sun loungers for the pool, a vacuum cleaner and snowshoes & balls to be able to enjoy the padel court accessible on site.
