Beachfront holiday rental in Son Xoriguer

We had a perfect week at this place. Impeccable cleanliness, absolute calm, a surprise on arrival and essentials available (toilet products, groceries, linens...) The environment was very quiet and the perfect location to explore the island. It should be noted that the neighborhood of the charming port of Fornell as well as the proximity of the lively market town of Mercadal. Go there without a second thought!

We had an amazing 5-day stay at Toni's villa. The villa is even better in real life compared to the pictures. Absolutely amazing views, direct access to the ocean, beautiful swimming pool, and outdoor dining areas. We ate outside every evening and it was spectacular. There is a private staircase with direct access to the ocean, and a very nice walking trail along the side of the ocean that takes you to Pedro's Boat, which is the nearby harbor. So we were able to walk to the harbor to book and arrange a wonderful boat tour, and then walk back to the villa. Inside the villa is wonderful - amazing views from every single room in the house! Also, there was an air conditioning unit in every single bedroom, the two living rooms, and also the kitchen, which we really appreciated since it was August! Finally, Toni was very easy to communicate with, and was generous with allowing us to check out in the late afternoon. We had a late evening flight, so the extra few hours were great!

the apartment is right behind the beach accessible on foot. the most beautiful beach in Menorca... very quiet area suitable for families (small market pool playground). highly recommended

Superb apartment quite simple, with its terrace, bright and well decorated. Quiet and comfortable. Perfect for relaxing after beautiful hikes. We were fine.

We had a great time at Mariana's despite the important renovation work in the house next door (Mariana couldn't help it and did everything to reduce disturbances). The apartment is very nice with amazing harbor and sea views. superb brightness. Mariana is a great host, very friendly, welcoming, responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend this apartment!!

Sara's place was perfect for what we required. We were in Menorca for a wedding for a long weekend and ideally located in Binibequer area - super easy to walk into town for bars & restaurants or the beach. Really usefull little supermarket night next door as well for any essentials. House was very clean and had everything in the desciption including table tennis equipment. Sara also aloud us a slightly later checkout on final day as we had a lot of time to kill before our flight. I would highly recommend!

It's a wonderful house in a great place that's run by Pepe, who is a great host. Hopefully we can go back, it's 100% worth it!!

We have a week at Laurence's place. It was a nice, quiet, nice big house! We have enjoyed the space and possibilities of the cottage. From swimming to bbq'en, everything is possible! Laurence responds incredibly quickly to messages, that's very nice. We had a small problem and within an hour Laura was at the house to help us. Fantastic! At the end of the street you have an Italian restaurant, supermarket and playground. And within minutes on the beach! My father walks with a walker, this house was perfect because everything is on one level! Only a small step by the shower, but that was communicated in advance so great! Laurence thanks for everything!!!

Ideal house for a group of 7 people (4 adults and 3 children). Very nice living area; outside too. Street parking. Great location to visit the island. Very pleasant environment.

We had an amazing stay at Partrice’s villa. The pool and outside space was perfect. Beautiful views of the sea. Location was great. Nice and peaceful area with just a short walk down to Son Bou. Free street parking. Kitchen was well equipped and the filtered water from the fridge was a bonus. Villa was lovely and clean when we arrived. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable but mattresses in the two other bedrooms were not so! Hopefully this can be improved for future guests. Otherwise we had the most wonderful time staying at the villa and we would definitely recommend.

This accommodation was excellent. The villa was beautiful, really spacious and well equipped. The host was so helpful, from sending a list of recommendations of local areas and activities to being so flexible and helpful with check in and check out times. Irene met us at the villa on arrival and showed us around, even dropping us to a local supermarket. She checked in regularly to see if there was anything we needed and really helped to make it a great holiday. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit the area. We were 2 families with older children and happy to walk so was perfect for us. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Menorca. Thank you so much!!

Jose and Marinella are really great hosts. Honestly, among the best I've ever met on my travels around the world. They are very friendly and helpful in giving valuable information to enjoy Menorca. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos. Well-organized spaces and attention to detail, the pool is very well maintained and clean like the whole house. I'll definitely be back!

Large house very well located with pool and private access to a small cove. It is well appointed and comfortable. There is also a large sheltered terrace as well as a covered space to make a barbecue. Juan is a particularly thoughtful and available host.

Excellent value for money! I'll start with our hosts, who were really friendly and nice, helpful and ready to be useful. The photos of the house speak for themselves: enchanting and dreamy place, unparalleled location, very quiet and charming neighborhood. The house is cozy, you settle in quickly and feel at home, it has every comfort, washing machine and dishwasher, smart TV, microwave, good beach equipment. Special mention for the covered garage with internal staircase that connects directly to the entrance, very useful in case of rain! The furnishings are not luxurious, but simple and harmonious, the real luxury is an outdoor area to be experienced, overlooking the pool and the sea, with spectacular sunsets and beautiful stars! Thank you very much Francesc and Cristóbal, we will always have your little house in our hearts!

Brilliant villa with a gorgeous view. really easy to get in to cituedella which is a lovely little old town with loads and bars and restaurants. The direct town, Los dolfines is perhaps the most brits abroad place ive ever been.. think chip shop, irish bar, the works haha. however, ignoring that its a great location to get to some beautiful beaches and cituedella, as well a very lovely restaurant called coral menorca - beautiful food, beautiful views. Jose and his daughter were wonderful, extremely responsive and very helpful. they even let us check out very late on our last day, which we were very grateful for considering it was rainy all day too! Overall, really great hosts and a lovely villa. would recommend, but just be mindful of the immediate town which is very little Britain. Surrounding beaches, citudella and the kindness of the hosts make up for this though

Beautiful home with thoughtful touches. Magda is an excellent host and her home has everything you need for a wonderfully comfortable stay. Excellent views and lots of space to enjoy the beautiful space. We will definitely stay here again!

Very good stay with Maribel who was hyper responsive in communication. The home is located in a quiet area, not far from the town of Ciutadella and the south coast. We enjoyed the space and the garden is a real plus to rest after a day of walking. In addition, the apartment is very well equipped, nothing was missing. Finally, the proximity to the supermarket and the city of Ciutadella delighted us. We can only recommend this place. Thank you

Such a lovely place. The photos definitely don't do it justice. Easy to walk to beaches, shops, restaurants, etc. and get the bus into Citudella. We didn't rent a car and was absolutely fine. Highly recommend!
