Monthly Rentals in Son Serralta

We spent the winter months here. A charming original village. The house is well equipped, you have everything you need. The roof terrace is great! However, it should be said that everything is also a little old and brittle. The old TV did not work, the internet was very unstable (until Ambika took care of it), a bed has collapsed, the fridge sometimes does not close and then gets warm, fixtures in the shower are broken, the water pressure is quite weak. All the things you can live with, but you should know it. Nevertheless, we felt comfortable here. Above all, Ambika welcomed us so warmly. If we had an issue, she was always just one phone call away. It was great to have her as a neighbor and contact person in the village. With her tips and contacts with other villagers, she helped us out in many situations. She was really a great help, thank you! We will be happy to come back!

A perfect, small, simple accommodation for 1 to 2 people if you love nature and want to go hiking or cycling in the beautiful Tramuntana mountains in Mallorca. Bernat is a wonderful host and is always available for questions via mobile or in person. The many wild cats are also very friendly and love to drop by for a treat. Oh, and the starry sky at night is MAGICAL!!!

We had a lovely stay at the Apartment. It is located in a beautiful surrounding and perfect starting point for several hikes. Tomeu was very nice and the communication was quick and friendly. We can definitely recommend a stay at Sa Casa Vella!

An amazing location! Martin & Stefanie are warm and kind hosts. This beautiful cottage is extremely private from the main house with additional very private outdoor spaces for dining and relaxing. Yet anytime I had a question or needed something they were both there to help in any way. I can't say enough to describe this beautiful peaceful location up on a mountain ridge with gorgeous sunsets overlooking the sea view right out the front door. And in the morning a walk up the driveway held a gorgeous sunrise view too!! I am grateful that they shared their amazing spot with me. :) I was hoping for a peaceful meditation retreat. I'd give this a 6-star review if that was possible!! The home is on an interesting walking road/path that made daily peaceful walks so easy. And a short <10 min drive to the quaint town of Calvia, and an easy short drive from there to the larger town and beaches. I cooked great meals there every night. And ended up staying an extra week. It was perfection.
