House holiday rentals in Somport

Het waren 2 prachtige weken bij Rose Marie en haar man. We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad. Ze weten beide veel van de omgeving en wat er zoal te doen is. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon was prachtig, omgeving is schitterend, er is veel te zien! Een echte aanrader.

We just spent 10 wonderful nights here. What can I say apart from it was perfect. Yves and Scarlett are great hosts. They are on hand if you need them but very discreet the rest of the time. The barn is very well equipped and has everything needed to self cater. The grounds are amazing and kept in fantastic condition - we regularly used the pool and hot tub. There are 4 resident donkeys, a small dog and a cat. All are lovely - the donkeys are a pleasure to watch. We went out to a town called Salies de Bearn and would highly recommend it for nice scenery, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets and bakeries in nearby towns. The hosts are great at making recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back ☺️

The stay is absolutely beautiful including the whole property with a beautiful garden and outdoor spaces to enjoy. We loved eating dinner one evening on the patio with a sunset view. Inma and Arturo were so helpful and welcoming. They gave us recommendations and even a tour of Jaca!

Fantastic peaceful location. We stayed here for 2 nights to recharge whilst driving from the UK to Spain. It was exactly as described. The rooms were great, upstairs very comfortable and the views were lovely. Unrestricted hot tub time was a bonus considering we arrived at 11pm after a long day of driving. The pool was refreshing, not heated but it wasn’t needed as it was the perfect temperature. Very innovative. Only one remark: The key to the property was supposed to be an electric tag but they hadn’t told us this was not working and due to be fixed. Therefore when we went out for the day we had to leave the property unlocked. Obviously concerning but the location was very safe. I’m sure others would remove one star due to this, but there was so many positives about this place it would be unfair to lower the rating.

Petit coin de paradis pour se ressourcer en couple, en famille ou entre amis. Amandine et Johan ont réalisé une rénovation exceptionnelle, matériaux de qualité et équipements très innovant. De plus ils sont très accueillant et disponibles. La vue sur la chaîne des Pyrénées est splendide. Merci à vous pour votre gentillesse

Le séjour s’est excellemment bien passé pour l’ensemble des voyageurs. David a été très réactif dès la réservation du logement jusqu’à la fin du séjour. Le logement est très confortable, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur les Pyrénées. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, que je recommande grandement pour les prochains voyageurs

Quel merveilleux séjour passé dans ce petit cocon, un grand merci à Katia et Olivier qui se sont montrés disponibles et réactifs quand il a fallu et très discrets pendant l’entièreté de notre séjour. Les plus qui font la différence : la climatisation, la piscine, le barbecue, la qualité de la literie, la terrasse extérieure, le jeu de fléchette et pour finir les 2 magnifiques vélos qui permettent de rallier le logement à la plage d’Ondres ou de profiter des coins environnants. Le logement est franchement top et surtout près de tout, c’est un bon point de départ pour visiter la côte basque et landaise.

Vue exceptionnelle dominant la vallée de Sare, avec un paysage à couper le souffle par beau temps. Le gite est grand, authentique, et parfaitement équipé pour recevoir jusqu’à 10 personnes. La proximité du GR permet d’envisager une randonnée vers la Rhune, puis de revenir se reposer en toute sérénité. Nous recommandons !

⸻ We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Corral de l’Esquirol for three nights as part of our post-wedding getaway and it was pure magic. The house is tucked away in peaceful Basturs, surrounded by the stunning nature of the Geoparc. It felt like a true escape from the world. Christina was a wonderful host: warm, responsive and thoughtful. She arranged a late check-in and left a local cheese in the fridge as a welcome gift. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Ramon, one of the neighbours, even brought us fresh eggs and salad from his garden. The house is beautiful, spotless, cosy and full of charm. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were super comfy and the views from the bedroom balcony were unforgettable. We loved having coffee there while watching eagles and vultures soar overhead. There’s plenty to explore nearby and shops are just a short drive away. We left feeling grateful and already know we’ll be back.

Magnifique maison idéalement située, un cadre splendide avec une vue incroyable, une décoration de très bon goût, des équipements de qualité, tout pour passer un moment inoubliable! Merci pour les souvenirs!

Ha sido un placer alojarnos en esta casa, en un entorno privilegiado de naturaleza con vistas a las montañas y con sus animales. La casa es preciosa y está todo nuevo, muy limpio y no le falta ningún detalle incluso nos dejaron café, bombones, cosas para la cocina y hasta juegos y para hacer deporte. Hemos disfrutado mucho y esperamos volver pronto. Muchas gracias a los anfitriones por sus recomendaciones, atención y amabilidad.

No podía ir a gavarnie y no alojarme en la casa de Alain... es tremendamente bonita, hemos estado muy muy a gusto! hemos podido subir tres días al circo y verlo al atardecer, un día lluvioso y un día soleado! Es un auténtico lujo alojarte a sus pies y le damos las gracias a Alain por hacerlo posible. GRACIAS!

Nous venons plusieurs fois par an, et aimons beaucoup la maison de Jérôme et son environnement exceptionnel. Nous espérons à chaque fois que les précédents voyageurs respectent ce lieu et ne laissent rien derrière eux, ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas. Nous avons descendu un grand sac de verre, jeter des denrées périssables et 2 sacs poubelles plein de papier toilette usagé ! La Vaisselle était grasse et mal lavée. Quel dommage. Merci à tous ceux qui aiment ce lieu, en prennent soin et respectent les voyageurs suivants. Et bien sûr que nous reviendrons bientôt !!! Merci Jérôme

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le logement de Jeanne. Les chambres avec salles de bain privatives sont accueillantes et pratiques entre collègues, de même que le salon au rez-de-chaussée. Jeanne a bien été présente à notre arrivée ainsi qu’à notre départ et elle a gentiment pris le temps de nous conseiller de bonnes adresses dans les environs. Notre seul regret est de ne pas avoir eu le temps de profiter de l’extérieur de la maison.

Beautiful apartment just as stunning as the photos. We had such a lovely dtay and host was responsive and communicative everytime we had questions. Would happily book again!

Wat een schitterende plek en wat een prachtig huis! Compleet uitgerust, prima bed, sfeervol en stijlvol. Een heel rustige omgeving met een schattig dorpje nabij, waar je regelmatig op vrijdagavond naar het café kunt. Geweldig uitzicht. Een aanrader!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Central to the coast, the mountains, lots of walks and villages with good food and interesting history. Very nicely furnished and everything we needed. It is always a good sign when the kitchen knives are nice and sharp! We really appreciated Jackie’s help .

This was our second year staying during the summer. Our three kids love the house and the upstairs area. The house is very well supplied with all you need for the stay, clean and the host is super responsive. You can find a river, activities and nature trails a short walk from the house. This place is totally worth it and will certainly stay there again.

We stayed two nights in this gorgeous old house. Very nicely located in the centre of the village next to shops, bars and restaurants. The place was massive for a couple but we chose the cosiest bedroom and had a great stay. Definitely has everything you need and a well equipped kitchen etc. Super close to hikes and such a beautiful village. Definitely recommend staying here and would be great for later groups or families too.
