Very nice house ideally located. Perfect for a family weekend: the terrace is great and the view from the living room is great. Note 3 bedrooms out of 5 in the basement, 2 of which are windowless (which offer a certain calm): this remains a detail if you do not plan to spend your life there. A great time and beautiful memories: I highly recommend it.

Excellent stay in the middle of birds and trees. Very clean house, well equipped with dishes and kitchen utensils, barbecue and sun loungers in the greenery.

Very functional and pleasant house. Improvements have been made: new door frames, kitchen utensils. The setting is great: very well located, river next door, typical interior of cauterets.

A house where you feel very quickly at home, there is everything you need to cook, it is not too far from the beach and you can also quickly do food shopping by car. It's very quiet, you can eat outside on the terrace and there is a garden to dry your laundry. It was perfect.

Jérôme's cottage is top! Modern, well-equipped, and also very clean. We did not lack anything and made us feel very comfortable during our stay. The setting is quiet, with beautiful walks and beautiful scenery nearby! Jérôme responds very quickly to questions and Laurence is very friendly. I highly recommend it!

Our group of 8 people had a great stay at Esperanza's place for four nights while on vacation in the area. She was very communicative from beginning to end, and was flexible with our arrival time and greeted us in person and introduced us to the house. The house and its facilities were as described and had everything we could have expected for some self-catering and a pleasant stay. It's convenient to walk to a nearby small supermarket and some other shops and restaurants, and about 30-40 minutes walk to the beach and old town SS. I would definitely recommend this villa.

Super home and very welcoming and responsive host. The house is spacious , it has everything it needs, it is comfortable and family friendly (high chair, bath and umbrella bed! ). Christelle has been very attentive from the beginning in answering all my questions and requests. I highly recommend the house and if I come back to Pau I would like to go back

Serge is a really welcoming host, anticipating needs and with whom communication was particularly easy. The apartment is really nice, super well-equipped, clean and in a quiet area, close to shops and the city center. We found our address for our next stay in Capbreton!

underground parking nearby very convenient, dishwasher, very nice decor, cool room on the ground floor, velux occlusive in height and fan if needed. Bedding a little breath for us but to each their own :)

Very nice welcome, the accommodation is very clean and really well equipped. Many products are made available to tenants. We stayed there with a baby, again all the equipment was available which is very appreciable. The house is not missing a detail and everything is of the highest quality. Spacious rooms, completely new and designer bathrooms and super well insulated. It has 3 chimneys and we didn't need to turn them on because it has a heater that is wonderful. The area is spectacular and its mountain views a postcard. It's a haven of peace and relaxation. We have been all the family hosted and without hesitation we will repeat and recommend it to everyone because it is a place of excellent quality.

This was the perfect work from a home away from home getaway week for me. Cyril was super responsive and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location was perfect too - peaceful, quiet, tucked away, and also walkable to everything you could want in Biarritz. I'm looking forward to going back already!
