Outside there are terraces, seating, wellness section, barbecue, cauldron, bacon roasting! Balaton shore and beach are 60 meters away! YOU ARE THE ONLY ONES ON THE PROPERTY. The WELLNESS section consists of a JACUZZI and a FINNISH SAUNA. Our guests love the Apartment House because it is surrounded by beautiful gardens, terraces, barbecue, cozy WELLNESS, bird chirping and LAKE BALATON.

Our holiday home is located on Ábrahámhegy right next to the waterfront. It is unique in that it has a private pier. We just walk out of the house and we can already swim. It is also a perfect place for fishermen. The terrace on the balcony offers a fabulous view. Our spacious ground floor terrace is protected from the sun. We are next to the Káli pool, so you can't be bored. There is a lot to discover, both in terms of natural beauty and gastronomy. The house and jetty are used only by guests.

Örvényes is a wonderful place to retreat yet close to the beach, Tihany, market, restaurants etc. The house is top of the hill, where it's wonderful view to the Lake Balaton, Tihany and Sajkod bay. A dirt road leads to the garden, where there is no fence, wild animals (boar, deer, fox, rabbit,pheasant) are regular visitors to the garden at dawn. the house was built on a 300-year-old cellar, a stylish bathroom and room were designed in the basement.

From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.
