The estate. Second home in the middle of the village and the forest

In the middle of the village, a few hundred meters from the Liliomkert market, bordered by forest and stream, is our cozy little estate. Large common space downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs, fireplace, garden, fireplace, covered pergola, scents and bird chirping await in all quantities. The nearest beach is 6 km away. In the village, there is a café, delicatessen, gallery, wineries, Sunday market, in the neighboring villages within 10 minutes, the best ice cream shop in the neighborhood (the world), super restaurants, children's and adult programs, concerts, wineries, hiking await.

Our charmingly renovated press house is situated on a secluded row of cellars in the enchanting hills of Balatonendréd, next to beautiful vineyards and a magical forest. Libic: is not a faceless apartment, nor a cold luxury accommodation. This is our personal project, and we've put our hearts and souls into every corner of it. The house was designed and built by my father – the entire building preserves his handiwork and his love for nature. I am now working on beautifying and modernizing this legacy, while my wife, Juci, has made the spaces truly unique and artistic with her own paintings on the walls and a special on-site installation.

Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy a spcious tarrace and a large garden. There is one queen size bed a comfy sofa bed. There are lots of things to do in the area such as wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, tennis, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
