Lemon Stream runs through the property and you can go fishing and explore the 3 acre woodland. Nicely furnished with new appliances, a new hot tub, and all the amenities, this little cabin is the perfect getaway!

You can be surrounded by nature but only minutes from lovely restaurants, local shops, grocery store, gas station and tons of trails, rivers & lakes for snowshoeing, XC, snowmobiling, hiking, huts, MTB, kayaking & more.

Privacy and comfort are yours when you stay in this spacious four season cabin which offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with its own private ponds. The cabin is supplied with linens, towels, well equipped kitchen, A/C, WiFi, screened in porch, cozy rock fireplace, picnic table, fire pit, grill and beautiful scenery. The rate includes up to 2 guests, each additional guest is $35.00/night. Pets are welcomed for a fee of $20 per pet per day(maximum of 2) and campfire wood is available $5 a bundle.

This cozy and comfy ski in/ski out condo is in a desirable location and just a short chairlift ride to the base of Sugarloaf Mountain. Ski or mountain bike directly from the condo! Family friendly. A queen bed settled in an alcove, queen murphy bed and pull out full size sofa bed provide plenty of sleeping space. Convenient indoor access to the pool, hot tubs, and sauna at the Sugarloaf Sports and Fitness Center (additional fees apply). Full kitchen, and one of the few with AC for summer!

Tucked Away Family Chalet is conveniently located in Carrabassett Valley close to hiking, biking, community pool/playground/tennis courts, Tufulio's restaurant and much more! A great place to enjoy nature, relax, unwind, check out from the hustle and bustle, and spend quality time with the family. Some of the best mountain biking is right out the front door and swimming in the nearby river is not to be missed. In the wintertime, access to the Narrow Gauge ski trail is a short walk away.

We take great pride in providing a stay that you will remember for years to come. Our moose house is well-stocked with all essential amenities and a few extra surprises! Quaint, convenient neighborhood walking distance to UMF and downtown Farmington. Franklin Memorial Hospital is a short drive. Sugarloaf and Rangeley areas are 45 minutes. WIFI and smart TVs. (No cable.) Washer/Dryer with detergent available. Great place to stay for exploring Maine or a visit with your family and friends.

This beautiful private cottage is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of adventure! New, bright and comfortable, this secluded cottage is conveniently located just 40 minutes from Sugarloaf, 50 minutes from Saddleback and 10 minutes to downtown Farmington. Feel free to walk, fat bike or x-country ski on nearly 4 miles of groomed private trails located just outside your front door! We recently acquired the house we live in which has an efficiency apartment in the back. It is cozy and private. The house is old and unique. It was previously a long term rental. We wanted to provide a restful space in the heart of Maine Highlands, the crossroads of Central Maine. We enjoy the scenic area with beautiful lakes rivers, multiuse trail systems and trail head of the 100 mile wilderness of the Appalachian Trail, Moosehead lake, Maine's largest lake, and State Parks.
