Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

It is located in Someraro, a small village above Stresa, quiet and relaxing It has 4 beds. The VIEW of all of Lake Maggiore is one of the most BEAUTIFUL and complete that can be found in the area. The accommodation is very bright and is located on the third and top floor of a completely renovated early 20th-century house. FREE RESERVED PARKING SPACE.

You will appreciate the elevated view of Lake Maggiore, the garden, the cozy atmosphere, the silence and comfort. It consists of a living room with a sofa, dining table and fireplace. In front is the bright veranda facing the lake. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. It is accessed from the common entrance of our home, the apartment is downstairs and is independent. Great for couples. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO HAVE A CAR.

The apartment is located 600 meters away, on the heights of Stresa, in a quiet and sunny place. Lovely view of our lakes. Near the ski slopes of the Mottarone, 2 golf courses. 10 minutes from the port to the Borromeo Islands and 10 minutes from the A.26 Carpugnino motorway exit. Large living room, terrace, to choose from the intimacy, the views, the spacious rooms and the kitchen. My accommodation is suitable for couples, business travelers, families (with children).

Apartment located on the third floor, without elevator, totally renovated in 2025, is located in a very central area, close to boarding for the islands, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants. Organized and prepared as a hotel room. In the bathroom you will find towels and shower towels and the 160 x 200 cm double bed will be ready with clean sheets. In the evening after 6:00 pm the street becomes a "traffic-restricted zone" guaranteeing maximum tranquility and silence.

Cantusüt is a 100 sqm independent house, on two floors, in the small village of Someraro, just 5 minutes from Stresa, by car, and 30 minutes on foot. Completely renovated in 2023, it consists of a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies and a private fenced courtyard, with the possibility of parking for motorcycles and bicycles. There is a satellite TV with national and foreign channels. Wifi is free.
