Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. Stunning home overlooking the Borromeo islands

Casa Bellavista has been sympathetically renovated to a high standard. Despite having all the facilities of modern day living, it still retains the magic and character of the original 'rustico' dwelling. The designer kitchen with large marble island, two luxury bathrooms, WC, three large bedrooms, one with walk-in wardrobe, open plan top floor living area and idyllic private roof terrace should leave you wanting for nothing. You will appreciate the elevated view of Lake Maggiore, the garden, the cozy atmosphere, the silence and comfort. It consists of a living room with a sofa, dining table and fireplace. In front is the bright veranda facing the lake. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. It is accessed from the common entrance of our home, the apartment is downstairs and is independent. Great for couples. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO HAVE A CAR.
