Monthly Rentals in Solund Municipality

We arrived at the end of the afternoon and were thus able to enjoy the sun and the really beautiful surroundings for a few more hours. Finished on our private terrace. The cabin was amazing. Practically furnished and equipped with every comfort (even salt and pepper). With a lovely wood-burning stove (and a basket full of birch) and beautiful art expressions. A real pleasure to spend an evening there and tomorrow. As far as we are highly recommended.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, you will find it here. The house is very secluded, about 15 minutes by car is a small shop(Joker). The house is about 5-10 minutes walking from the parking lot. You have to take the luggage with a Schukarre (is on site) or a (as with us) wagon. We had this information from the comments,a description in the info would be helpful:-) The house is clean and nice and cozy. There is hot running water ( rainwater! No drinking water, this must be taken with you) There is a small boathouse nearby, at Erlend you can rent a boat hobby 5.20 m with a wheelchair and 60 hp engine. We went fishing with it and did nice tours. I had a very nice time here with my children :-)

The cabin was new and nice, and had everything we needed! Even long shovel, great! Very nice location with a lovely view of the sea. Lovely to sit in the evening sun at dusk. We were lucky with the veret, sun all the time. As other guests have pointed out, the bed was a little narrow to two, (150 cm) but the sofa in the living room was comfortable and there was a mattress in the loft. About Solund: We didn't know that it was so long between the ferries out to the island, and that there were no shops that were opened after 6 pm. No open cafes or restaurants so early in the spring. We are still happy to come back, and highly recommend to others this lovely "Eagle's Nest".
