It is located on the ground floor, inside a private courtyard that can be used by cars, therefore with free parking next to the accommodation. The complex is generally quiet and in a strategic position to quickly reach the places of interest, even leaving the car parked, still enjoying peace and quiet. The outbuilding of Tenuta Magrini is a small independent studio flat (without kitchen) on the estate, from which to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Monferrato.
