I loved Rodolfo’s place. It is cozy , well equipped & very hospitable. I love the vibration in the house. I woke up every day happy. The vibration of the whole building is amazing surrounded by nature. For nature lovers , hippies , spiritual minded folks this abode is a gem. Rodolfo dwelling was designed to facilitate a comfortable and enjoyable sojourn. Rodolfo is very responsive, affable , considerate & attentive. As a guest one couldn’t ask for more. I recommend this abode wholeheartedly. Would have given 6 stars if allowed unfortunately 5 Being the max Will have to settle for it. I’ll happily book it again upon my return to Quintana Roo. Frank’s place is in a perfect location. It’s very clean and all the amenities worked wonderfully. The bed was comfortable. My only wish was that there was a TV in the bedroom, but there is a large one in the living room. Will definitely be staying here again!

Excelente lugar todo muy lindo tal cual como las fotos, es un lugar tranquilo si es lo que buscas, nosotros viajamos en familia con niños y una persona de la tercera edad y la verdad fue una experiencia extraordinaria ya que todos disfrutaron de la comodidad y la exclusividad de las instalaciones, el anfitrión siempre estuvo muy atento a mis dudas antes de la reservación y durante mi estancia, un lugar muy recomendable.

We had a wonderful stay in this fantastic location. This is an extremely special place, the apartment is fabulously equipped and the terrace is simply superb. Shops and restaurants are nearby and everyone we met was so friendly.

El departamento es genial y el barrio es muy tranquilo. Al reservar me preocupaba un poco el ruido que comentaban otros huéspedes haber sentido, ya que mi intencion era trabajar unos 3 dias desde allá, pero para mi sorpresa no hubo nada de ruido, pude trabajar tranquilo (el Internet funcionaba de maravilla) y nuestra bebé de 8 meses estuvo como en casa. Estuvimos 2 semanas y todo excelente, sin duda volveríamos.

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

This was a GREAT place to stay! Perfect location and very spacious and clean. We loved it!

The home was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful and welcoming. The only issue was an unpleasant odor coming from one of the bathrooms, which we discovered was due to the toilet brush. Once we identified the source, we placed the brush in the backyard, and the smell was no longer a problem. The home was clean, the instructions were clear, and the property itself was stunning—just steps away from the beach. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

La casa es hermosa y muy tranquila, mucho más linda que en las fotos!! Por la ubicación recomendamos llevar o alquilar un vehículo en la isla, de igual forma está muy cerca de un sitio de taxis y de una avenida con mototaxis pasando todo el tiempo. Nos encantó la estancia aquí y poder conocer la isla.

Excellent séjour chez David! Maison spacieuse et ressemblante aux photos dans un quartier tranquille. L’hôte a été disponible et très réactif, il nous a même apporté un saladier car il en manquait. Le seul bémol : il n’y a pas beaucoup d’ustensiles pour cuisiner et la maison mériterait peut-être un petit rafraîchissement. Je recommande!!

I had a bachelorette trip here and I got so many compliments and thank you’s from all the guests for booking this airbnb. It was truly beautiful! We loved how we could walk to the beach, cafes, and restaurants and we felt incredibly safe due to the area being gated. The pool and lounge chairs were used all day. Seriously a great place. Peaceful and beautiful. Having Dominga (the house cleaner) was awesome. We also used the airport transportation company and private chef company that the airbnb recommended - both were amazing!

Would definitely come back!!! Fantastic host - kind, informative & wonderfully hospitality. We loved this beautiful place & options on site for private cenote, Mayan ruins, and short walk to the beach. Perfect in case we didn't get out to explore. I chose Playa del Carmen because it's half way between Cancun & Tulum yet fairly easy to get to the airport. We went to Edin cenote which was fun, refreshing & close by, in Tulum we enjoyed a completely different vibe, and ran out of time to snorkel in Akumal. The 3 seperate bedrooms are each spaced well for privacy. There was a very nice oven/stove to cook meals on which we did 50% of the time and we really enjoyed the variety of restaurants with great service nearby. Our favorite breakfast was at Lara & Luca. Unexpected: The Mall in walking distance, super friendly people, and how much we loved seeing wildlife by the pool: spider monkeys, caoti, and iguanas in the trees with turtles and agouti on land. Super beau logement avec un jacuzzi privé, le penthouse est comme les photos. La rue était en construction et nous n’avions pas accès au stationnement. L’hôte nous à remboursé le montant que nous avons payé pour stationner. Cela a été très apprécié même si c’était hors de son contrôle. L’hôte était très réactif et répondait rapidement. Je recommande vivement!!!

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

We came to Kippal Cozumel with my wife and kids, and it didn’t take long to realize we had found the perfect spot for a family vacation. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped – but what really made the difference was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. We truly felt at home from the very beginning. The kids absolutely loved the pool, the foosball table, and the pool table – it was hard to get them to leave. And we enjoyed the peace and quiet, the rooftop bar with relaxing music, and the perfectly timed, delicious margarita that made everything even better. It honestly felt like every little detail had already been thought of. The hospitality was top-notch and full of heart. Thank you for an amazing experience – we would absolutely love to come back again!

The condo was wonderful and Michaela was an incredible host. We enjoyed the amazing views and comfortable apartment and felt very well taken care of. Michaela was remarkably responsive when a couple little things came up and made the entire experience smooth. The location on Half Moon Bay was perfect- we snorkeled right out front of the building, using the ample equipment they provided, and loved walking to the beach bars in Akumal (especially Buena Vida and La Lunita). It was also an easy walk to the lagoon, which was a must see as well. Having seen Tulum, we were so glad to have the much more laid back vibe of Akumal. The condo was perfectly located for an easy but peaceful stay with lots of swimming in the pool and staring at the blue water. For what it’s worth, the elevator was working almost the entire time we were there, but was out for part of a day. We did not end up making use of the rooftop area- it wasn’t really necessary with the lovely deck on the apartment.

Great place! Wasn't sure what i was getting into when we first pulled up as we'd never been to PDC before. Turns out we were 5 easy blocks from the beach and 5th Avenue which is where all the action is for tourist food and festivities. The place is also surrounded by 'local' food and fare as well - El Fogon is 2 blocks away, Walmart is 2 blocks away, many local tiendas from right downstairs to blocks away. Very clean - A/C's were working - had an issue with a drawer (at 7am) and Allen had it fixed within an hour. The balcony got great AM sun - i spent most of my time while there on the balcony just because we came from the North and i desired heat. But ... this place is not for those seeking solitude and silence, though. It's very loud with street noise. The tour busses start coming by at 7am and don't stop until about 9pm. All day. Everyday. But if you stayed closer to 5th Avenue you'd have to deal with the club music so it's a toss up. We had a blast and loved all of it!

Cruz con Mar is one of our favorite places to stay in PDC. We have been in quite a few different units in the building. This one was one of the best. The ease of the door lock and the updated thermostats might be a strange complement but IYKYK. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the showers were great.

Five star stay! From the welcome guide provided at booking to the communication throughout our trip this was the best Airbnb experience we’ve had to date. The Airbnb was exactly as described and the perfect location to enjoy Playa to the fullest. Can’t say enough good things. 10/10 wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting again!
