We are located smack in the middle of Soldotna and Kenai just outside of city limits on K-Beach, a 10 minute drive to all your local activities. (Fully remodeled In 2023) Cute and cozy apartment in a wonderful and safe residential neighborhood located in Soldotna, AK. You will have access to the Tsalteshi multi-use recreation trails (less 1/2 mile from property) and world class fishing (less then 5 min from property). Private 1.5 acre lot provides beautiful and peaceful environment with access to a deck and fire pit. With a fully stocked kitchen and relaxing seating you will be ready to entertain or cozy up during your stay.

Moose Meadows

Relax at this comfortable apartment on our 25-acre ranch home. The apartment has a private bedroom, living area with a queen sofa bed, full kitchen and bathroom, and it's own private entrance and patio. This is a quiet, secluded area where we often see moose and sandhill cranes. We are just a 10-minute drive to Soldotna and fishing on the Kenai River and just a 20-minute drive to the Cook Inlet or the Russian River. This area of Alaska has so much to do the whole family will enjoy.

The Nest - Affordable and Centrally Located

Enjoy easy access to everything from this affordable one bedroom private apartment that is centrally located off the highway. It appeals to guests who are looking to get away and go fishing. Our place sleeps two. The bed can be either a king size bed to share with your spouse or we can separate it into two twins if you and your buddy are looking for an affordable option to stay on the Kenai Peninsula. No washer and dryer on premises but there is one within 3-5 miles of the apartment.

Lovely one bedroom apartment in the heart of Kenai

Keep it simple at this newly renovated and centrally-located apartment. Everything you need in one cozy space. Full kitchen, in unit laundry, bedroom, bathroom, quiet neighborhood, futon for extra guests, and a clean modern feel. With historic old town Kenai, the mouth of the famous Kenai river, and a farmers market all within walking distance, why stay anywhere else. Stay comfortably with our 55inch tv, new appliances, and easy parking. Baby bed available on request.

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
