The cottage’s prime location is within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, cafes, boutique shops, Delaware Park, the AKG and Birchfield Penney art museums, and more. Off-street parking allows easy access to adventure outside of the village with Niagara Falls & the Bills Stadium just a 20-30 min. drive/Uber away!

Our Historic home is in the lovely Elmwood Village and on Buffalo Olmsted Parkway with art galleries, bars, and restaurants in walking distance. Our rental is for the top-floor of the home with a separate side entrance. Perfect for up to six(we are very strict with the number of people allowed to stay. No Parties and absolutely no smoking including vape pens/e-cigarettes). We live in a separate area but are rarely seen unless needed. You have your own entrance and plenty of parking.
