Good hiking opportunities both along Hafrsfjord at "Sword in mountains" and in the forest just outside the door. Free parking. Shared parking space for several cars close by. Short distance to bus and shopping center. About 14 minutes to Stavanger city center. We are happy to rent to companies / companies and people on a work trip. New bathroom with shower / bathtub finished late May 2024.

There are three cute and friendly cats living, who are indoors and need food and water. We don't want to rent to groups of festive youth because this is a family home.
