Urban and Scenic

The house is 150 years old and recently completely renovated with a delicious mix of old charm and modern design. A peaceful place, with the river and nature just outside the living window, at the same time within 10 minutes walking distance to Eigersund city centre and 20 min to the train station. There is plenty of space in the living room for more than 5 guests and upon request and an addition to the price, two rooms +bathrooms in the basement can be disposed so that there will be 10 beds. Some details of the home remain once the photos were taken, but will be completed before hosting.

The 3 main bedrooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and seating areas. 3 chambers connected 2 of the bedrooms, considered rooms. 3 bedrooms on the charming service loft. There is room for everyone around the long table, and in the living rooms for a piano lesson or unwind with a good book in front of the fireplace. The property is located on the seafront on Skjelbred with lovely views. Drive way for car until parking just behind the cabin. For an additional fee you can rent a boat. From Skjelbred you drive inland by boat into Egersund city center or a few minutes out the Norda strait towards Eigerøy lighthouse and a bustling fish life. (Only applies to summer) The cabin contains: 1st floor: porch, bathroom/laundry room and living room/kitchen. 2nd floor: hallway, toilet room and 4 bedrooms Baby chair and travel cot available

Glem bekymringene dine på dette romslige og fredelige stedet. Åna-sira er en liten plass med ca 180 pers fastboende. En lokal Joker butikk 3-4 minutters gange fra huset, døgnåpen 24 timer. Her er ingen restauranter! Ballbinge, fotball bane, discgolf og badeplass som er perfekt for barna. Lakse elva rett ved huset,og det kjøpes fiskekort digitalt gjennom Inatur. no Dagskort for fisking kr 150. Turer i nærheten, Brufjell, Roligheten, Osen, Kjerringhaka og fandens spille bord for å nevne noen.
