Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sokndal

My colleagues spend few nights there and everything was perfect. Marianne is very friendly and helpful host. Thank you.

Our stay at Per’s place in Åna-Sira was lovely. The house is very eclectic, mix of old & new, with lots of art, plants, vintage furniture & decor. The house sits over the water with docks surrounding on one side and the location right in the middle of the fjord couldn’t be more picturesque. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking family dinners and space was enough for our group of 10. We had quite a bit of rain but the fireplace kept it cozy and we did some rainy day excursions to the nearby museum and Flekkeford. We were able to fish lots of trout from the dock and found plenty of wild mushrooms on the numerous hiking trails around nearby (porcini & chanterelles). On the sunny days we did some of the longer hikes which are well worth the effort for the views and otherworldly landscape, but be prepared to get wet feet even on dry days.

Meget bra beliggenhet. Kort gangavstand til byen. Rett ved flott natur. Godt utstyrt kjøkken. Rent og koselig atmosfære i huset. Hyggelig og presis vert. Vi har hatt et meget bra opphold.

Rekefjord ist einfach schön und bietet auch gute wander möglichkeiten. Gegend ist sehr empfehlenswert

Tolle und gemütlich eingerichtete Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation mit Kevin war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell. Die Gegend ist perfekt, um kürzere aber auch längere Wanderungen vorzunehmen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Liebe Grüße Patric und Lara

Un nouveau séjour très agréable dans la maison de Tore, très chaleureuse et confortable, je reviendrais.

Nette kleine Unterkunft. Sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Enkel og fint kjellerleilighet i et rolig område. Gåavstand fra sentrum. Leiligheten var som beskrevet, og det var enkelt å sjekke inn og ut. Pluss for parkering rett utenfor døra. Jeg vil absolutt anbefale å leie denne leilighet for 1-2 personer.

El apartamento estuvo genial. Muy cómodo, muy limpio y muy moderno. Lo recomiendo 100%.

This was a very peaceful and quiet place to stay. I was there for business, and I plan to try and stay here when I am back in the area. The view towards the sea was dramatic and beautiful.

Very nice and cozy house with a beautiful lake view in a quiet and peaceful area! Harriet is very good host, we felt welcomed right away and enjoyed our stay very much! Definitely recommend!

Large space with a well equipped kitchen. This is centrally located in Sokndal making it easy for us to drive to Jossingfjord and Sokndalstrand for a delicious traditional Norwegian dinner. We appreciated the large laundry room with washer and dryer and enjoyed the big screen TV in the evenings!

Celina ist eine sehr freundliche und herzliche Gastgeberin. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise in der Unterkunft und sie war perfekt dafür. Sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Celina hatte sogar einen schönen Blumenstrauß aus dem tollen Garten auf den Tisch gestellt. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet.

Ma collègue et moi avons passé 5jours chez Anne Lise et c’était formidable ! Anne Lise est gentille et très réactive, l’entrée est autonome et flexible. Le logement est propre, il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoins, et l’environnement est magnifique. La vue est superbe et le quartier est calme. Il y a de belles balades à faire autour. Le wifi fonctionne très bien, comme tout le reste d’ailleurs. Si un jour nous devons revenir pour le travail nous reviendrons chez Anne Lise sans hésiter ! Encore merci Anne Lise, vous avez un très beau logement et vous êtes très sympathique ! À bientôt peut être :) Jade et Constance

Vi bodde her på forretningsreise, og overnattingsstedet var veldig rent. Vi var veldig fornøyde. Anbefales! All informasjon om boligen stemmer overens med virkeligheten.

Fin leilighet med fin utsikt

Perfekt sted for oss, et par som skulle kite på Lista en helg. Kort til strand og gåavstand til butikk. Veldig fin leilighet og kjempehyggelige verter. Kommer gjerne tilbake. ☺️

This apartment probably best equipped, cleanest and most comfortable of our 10 stays around Norway and great value. Worried about 3rd floor with dog but she people watched from sun lounge. Shop, snack bar and garage below amongst few open on a Sunday but unobtrusive and shut up promptly at 10pm. Great walk to beach 5 mins in either direction. Anne communicated promptly with useful instructions and advice. Wish we had been able to stay for longer.( 1 of few places with some instructions in English too).

Wir haben uns ab der ersten Minute sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft und konnten 3 wunderschöne Tage auf Hidra verbringen. Eine der saubersten Wohnungen in der wir seit langem waren. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, mit allem was es braucht. Wir wurden sogar mit einem frische Brot und div. weiteren Lebensmittel überrascht💛 Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr angenehm und immer schnell und hilfsbereit. Wir würden sofort wieder hierher kommen.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Highlight. Der Blick von der Wohnung aufs Wasser ist einfach herrlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und toll ausgestattet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenche war eine tolle Gastgeberin mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps! wir kommen gerne wieder 🙂
