You can safely enter anywhere with a parking lot on the 5th basement floor and a triple security device, and the security guard is there 24 hours. Since the residents in the apartment use it a lot as a second house, you can stay quietly and comfortably without the noise between floors. The first floor of the apartment is fully equipped with convenience stores, hospitals, pharmacies, and beauty salons, and has the advantage of being able to use major convenience facilities such as E-Mart Sokcho Express Bus Terminal within a 5-minute walk. Unlike other areas, Sokcho Beach is lit at 12pm to enjoy the rest and healing of all tourists.

The infinity pool is currently in operation, and there is a fee of 30,000 won for adults and 20,000 won for children.
