The spacious living room and bedroom are separated, making it great for couples, friends, or family to use. The property has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living room and kitchen, and a veranda. The bedroom has 2 queen beds, so there is no inconvenience for 4 people traveling together. You can watch TV, Netflix, and more while lying in bed. There is a small terrace, so it is also good to have a cup of tea in the warm sun and nature on a sunny day. Go outside and go down the hill a little to reach the lake. Enjoy a slow walk around the beautiful Yeongrang Lake all year round. (It has been operated with a new interior since September 23, 2021.)

저의 숙소를 소개하겠습니다. 숙소 눈앞에 펼쳐지는 설악산 대청봉,달마봉, 울산바위의 웅장함이 보이고 , 3분 거리에 있는 영랑호수와 탁트인 청정 동해바다를 가볼 수 있는 곳에 자리잡았습니다. 바다낚시, 영랑호 산책,해수욕, 설악산 등산, 유명한 사찰 탐방, 통일전망대 시찰 등 각자가 원하는 것을 함으로써 스트레스에 지친 현대인들이 쉼과 재충전이 스며들 수 있는 공간이 아닐까 생각됩니다. 특히나 여러동이 있는 전문팬션이 아니고 단 한팀만이 머무는 공간이기에 좀 더 한적하게 쉬어갈 수 있는 곳일 것입니다. 가족과 지인들을 위한 숙소로 마련되었지만 좋은 사람들과의 인연을 맺고 힐링하는 공간이 되었으면 하는 바램으로 숙소를 개방했습니다. 숙소 이름(자작 앤 화이트)처럼 실내가구등을 몸에 좋다는 자작나무로 구성하였으며 깨끗한 순백으로 벽을 처리 하였습니다. 숙소에 걸려 있는 저의 자작나무 작품도 보시고 잘 정돈된 정원에서 그네를 타면서 책을 읽으며 한적하게 쉬어 가셨으면 좋겠습니다.
