Beauty bright villa on Lake Garda

The villa completely surrounded by green hills, but less than two kilometers from the Lake, offers guests three cozy bedrooms, decorated in three different themes. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, the first romantic shades of pink has a private balcony, the second is a bright room with soft colors and relaxing with views of the garden and the surrounding valley. Also on this floor is a bathroom with shower and a dining room with kitchen. The kitchen is new and is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker espresso machine, coffee maker and oven heats briches. The dining room on one side has a balcony that overlooks the garden and on the other an intimate porch surrounded by mature trees. In addition, both are equipped with air conditioning. Downstairs can be accessed both from outside and from the inside through a spiral staircase. Here you will find a master bedroom with bathroom and shower, and a living room with television, which overlooks a porch surrounded by green garden. In this plan you can also add on request a bassinet or cot. The whole house and garden are equipped with wi-fi. The garden is fully fenced and cars can be safely parked inside. The small dogs and not too mischievous are welcome, also in summer you can see around the garden a water turtle who likes to run away from the pond. This accommodation is ideal in the winter months because it is a very cozy house, which in the summer months because its location allows you to not suffer the heat, because we are in a fairly breezy. Our villa, surrounded by a large garden, dips perfectly into the surrounding countryside that is around on the low hills of Lake Garda. This is definitely a strategic position as we are right in the heart of bicycle paths Valtenesi (is Lonato-Salo; around the lower lake; Rezzato ring-Gavardo-Salo-Lonato) and a few kilometers away from the major golf courses in the area ( Arzaga in Calvagese; Garda Golf at Soiano; Chervò San Vigilio Pozzolengo). In addition, for those interested in walking trips, fantastic trails leave from here in the hills that reach the lake is very beautiful new promenade by the lake that connects Moniga in Desenzano and allows you to get up to Sirmione. Anyone interested in the historical and cultural area I would recommend a visit to the nearby Castle Padenghe from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of the lake, the castle of Desenzano enjoys a scenic location and is also worth a visit to the ruins of the Roman villa. A few kilometers away is the medieval town of Sirmione, with the ancient remains of the house of Catullus, and its famous hot springs. And in the end only 15 min away recommend a visit to Borghetto sul Mincio, an ancient village of mills, behind which rises Sigurtà Park. Surely we must not forget that just a few km away is the wide beach of Lido di Padenghe, free or equipped, for those interested in shopping the two colorful towns of Desenzano and Salò historical flavor are known for the beautiful shops and nice restaurants. From Salo also quickly reached the famous Vittoriale, the home of Gabriele D'Annunnzio, whose visit is a special experience and the amphitheater which offers summer concerts, musical and dance performances that have as background the lake Garda . On Tuesday morning, the center and the lake promenade of Desenzano home to the largest market in the area, while on other days smaller markets are held in neighboring countries. In summer Padenghe and the surrounding villages organize festivals with gastronomic stands and stalls. Twenty minutes away from our house you can visit Verona, the romantic city, important for its history and for its international fair. Finally, a few kilometers away, in Peschiera, there is a tourist attraction that will please both adults and children, that is the amusement park Gardaland.

Cottage on the lake

Charming cottage in the countryside at 200 m from the beach (equipped with restaurants and bars), in absolute tranquility. All rooms are situated on the ground floor. It consists of a double bedroom, a windowed bathroom with tub and shower, a kitchen-living room with a table for 6 people and a sofa bed for two people. There is a porch adjoining the entrance. In the garden there is a barbecue and a table. At about 1 km (in the center) are: bakery, supermarket, bar, newspapers and tobacco, pizzerias and restaurants, butchers, and pharmacy).
