You’re in the heart of SOHO! Plenty to do, see, explore, eat and SHOP. Space was clean and beautifulfully renovated. Lots of beautiful natural light from the windows. Fenix living was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. I loved this experience and we will definitely be booking again with them.

My husband and I had a great stay! Arturo was incredibly responsive, always quick to answer any questions, and made sure to check in on us during both check-in and checkout, which was very thoughtful. The house was exactly as described in the listing clean and well-maintained. The cleaning service provided was also a huge help and made our stay even more comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return in the future!

This place is a rare find! The location is perfect. The apartment faces south, has a lot of light coming into the living room area. The kitchen is well equipped for a long stay. It is perfect for 1-2 people! Plus, Ali is a really great host, always available for any question or tip. All you need to have a relax stay in Nyc!
