Holiday rentals with a patio in Soheul-eup

숙소가 깔끔해서 너무 좋았어요 수압 약한건 후기 보고 걱정 했는데 저는 크게 불편함 없었고 역 근처다보니 소음이 조금 있긴해요

Had a great stay throughout our stay in Seoul! We extended our trip and the host kindly assisted us with extending our stay at his place. Both of the hosts are very kind, friendly and replies to our enquiries promptly. The place was very clean, aesthetic & comfortable. The check in process was very smooth as well. Convenient location with a convenience store, coffee shop, Olive Young & well connected to public transport as well! Will definitely come back & stay at his place again. Highly recommended! 😊

Our first time in Seoul, and stayed at Mapo-gu, especially at Phillip & Peter's is really the best decision. Really love the neighborhood, close to Mangwon market and Hongdae, not too far from all the must see, but far enough from all the hectic. If you like to run/walk, this will be a great choice as well. At first we only planned to run towards the Han river, which was a very nice run, but then Peter recommended us to run along the stream nearby toward Hongjecheon waterfalls, absolutely great track with magnificent view in the end 🥰 You can continue with a hike to Mount Ansan afterwards, incredible birdview of Seoul with beginner friendly track. Would love to stay here again if we come back to Seoul!

일단 들어가자마자 향기가 너무 좋았고, 바로보이는 바다뷰에 개안하는 기분이었어요🥺 화이트 우드톤으로 인테리어도 환상적이었습니다 ;) 매우 깔끔하게 정돈된 주방과 욕실도 아주 좋았어요! 덕분에 꿀잠자고 행복한 여행이 되었습니당 👍

You can't beat the location! I sprained my ankle a couple days prior and having everything in close proximity made it so much easier to go out to eat and shop. We had a small issue with the pillows but Paul resolved that within 24 hours. We would definitely consider staying again if we were to go back to the same area. Thank you!

Minji was a highly communicative and considerate host, ensuring a smooth check in experience with her proactive messages on the day of arrival. The accommodation faces a small hill as shown in the photos, which provides a sense of privacy even when using the balcony. The surrounding neighborhood consists of local residences, making it a peaceful and quiet place to stay. There are local restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores within walking distance, and parking in the area was hassle free. One thing to note: while Minji did explain this in advance, the elevator does not reach the top floor, so guests with large suitcases may need to make a bit of extra effort. Also, the ceiling is sloped and relatively low in some areas, which could be slightly inconvenient for taller guests.

The apartment was perfect for three adults. Roomy, very clean and well appointed. And there was a thriving, lively shopping and restaurant district steps from the unit. Plus, the green circle line subway, which we used every day, was less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is the area is a bit noisy at night because of all the young people out partying until the morning hours. Still, none of us had problems sleeping. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and kind. We would stay here again!

Woohee’s apartment was a great for my husband and I during our 4 day trip to Seoul. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet which was great to unwind after long days of site seeing and shopping. Also, lots of space and drawers for storage. Woohee & Erin were able to accommodate with self check in since our flight came in later in the evening. Again, they provided really clear instructions on how to access the apartment and videos on how to turn on the AC & fan since the remotes are all in Korean. Having the washer and dryer in the apartment was also a great feature. Apartment is walkable to a lot of nearby restaurants & metro stations. Several bus lines also stop in front of the building, including the airport limousine shuttle bus, so no lugging suitcases to and from train stations to the airport. Overall, amazing stay.

매우 프라이빗한 공간에 깨끗한 곳이였습니다. 사진보다는 살짝 작은감이 있지만 1가족이나 2가족까지는 충분히 숙박이 가능할듯 싶습니다. 아이에 대한 배려도 좋았고 , 주변이 조용하고 거의 다른 집이 없어서 편하게 있다가 갔습니다 바베큐장도 밀패가 잘되서 밤에 벌레나 날씨에 크게 영향을 받지 않았네요 호스트가 추천한 주변 가평에 아이와 볼거리도 가까워서 재미있게 보냈습니다

문 열고 들어가자마자 좋은 향기와 거실,주방,욕실, 방까지 깔끔하게 정리정돈 되있어서 기분 좋았어요 ! 체크인전 호스트님께서 상세하게 설명해주셔서 찾아가기도 쉬웠습니더 편안한 공간에서 친구들과 좋은 시간 보내고 갑니다 ☺️

Her şey mükemmeldi. Harika bi bölge, her şey güvenli ve düzenli, temiz. Civarda çok alternatif var, gece gezmek ve eve dönmek güvenli. Güzel bir uyku ve sabah harika müziklerle uyanmak harikaydı. Ev çok tatlı ve sanat ile beslenmişti. Her türlü kolaylık mevcuttu. Kişisel alanımız çok rahattı. Harika bir ev sahibiydi. Teşekkürler.

단연 최고 입니다! 체크인 전 : 호스트님의 명확한 소통이 참 좋았습니다. 동시에 친절한이 묻어나서 감사했습니다. 또한 문의 사항에 늘 신속히 답변 주셔서 좋았습니다. 눈이와서 사전 제설작업도 꼼꼼히 해 주셨어요. 체크인 후: 실내 실외 마당 그리고 자연경관까지, 흠 잡을 곳이 없이 완벽했습니다. 실내는 유럽풍의 인테리어와 나무향이 가득했고, 심플하면서도 동시에 필요한 것들은 모두 갖추고 있었습니다. 눈이 많이 와서 마당을 이용할 수 는 없었으나 오히려, 눈 덮힌 마당과 정면에 보이는 산들은 마치 스위스 혹은 북해도에 온 것마냥 좋았습니다. 특히 인상깊었던 것은 실내에서 모닥불을 피울 수 있는 화로가 있었던 것인데, 분위기도 좋고 따뜻했습니다. 체크인 후: 마찬가지로 제설작업해 주시어 안전하게 귀가했습니다. 그리고 저희가 아이 장남감을 하나 두고 왔는데 찾으신 후 택배로 보내주실 수 있다고 하시어 특별히 감사했습니다. 국내에서 (서울 근교에서) 이 정도의 자연과 품격있는 시설은 찾기 어려울 것 같고 저희들도 다음번에는 봄 혹은 여름에 한번 더 방문하려고 합니다 (그 땐 수영장도 이용할 수 있겠네요^^) 호스트님 감사하며 올해 웃음과 건강 가득하세요

윗층은 난방이 거의 들어오지 않아서 조금 춥지만 겨울만 아니면 상관 없을 듯 합니다 반대로 1층 안방은 엄청 뜨거워요 ㅎㅎ 경치가 좋아서 사진찍기 좋아요 산에 있는 집 치고는 벌레가 적은 편이었어요 식기류가 많고 잘 정리되어있어서 잘 쓰고 갑니다 집주인 분이 평소엔 거주를 하시는 공간이라 그런지 기본 양념같은 것도 다 구비되어있어서 유용하게 썼어요 덜렁대는 남자 둘이 여기저기 작게 생채기가 났었는데, 거실에 응급함이 잘 비치되어있어서 그또한 유용하게 썼습니다 감사합니다

I really can’t say enough great things about Afang’s place. It was so cool, well designed, had character, was in a great location, super clean. Afang and 다은 were also so helpful and responsive letting us drop off our bags and helping us with any questions. Highly recommending this place.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmer. Alles war sehr sauber und hygienisch, der kleine Balkon ist ein echtes Highlight und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in einer belebten Partystraße – das war uns im Vorfeld bewusst. Am Wochenende kann es daher bis spät in die Nacht laut werden, was man bei der Buchung berücksichtigen sollte. Die Schalldämmung der Wände ist leider nicht optimal, sodass man einiges mitbekommt. Wer zentral und mitten im Geschehen wohnen möchte, ist hier aber genau richtig. Vielen Dank für die freundliche Kommunikation und die schöne Unterkunft!

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.

전체적으로 숙소 컨디션 및 호스트의 친절도는 만족합니다 다만 숙소의 위치상 주변에 갈만한곳이 살짝 아쉽습니다 차로 이동해야한다는 단점이 있고 도보로 다니기에는 살짝 불편한점이 있습니다

房子非常好，设施齐全，和在家里一样舒服。空间非常宽敞，孩子们可以跑来跑去的玩耍，不远的地方就是一个大超市，医院药店便利店非常多，交通在门口几步路就是公交，然后是地铁可以去任何地方。房东非常热心，帮我打印资料等方面，非常开心住进这个房屋，你们不会失望
