Guesthouse holiday rentals in Sofia Province

Set in a pretty little valley, Yanko's place is a great jumping off point for exploring the mountains. The house is beautiful and right next to the river that runs through the village. The best part of my stay though was spending time with Yanko and his wife. I was treated like family. I will definitely be staying again.

very nice place, in the nature, very quiet, has kitchen, very nice garden, the only thing we were missing was the baby chair but we managed.

A very peaceful stay, we wanted to hike and enjoy nature and this location is perfect for that. We stayed with our two dogs and that was no problem with the host. Georgi is very responsive and helpful and the place itself was very cozy and warm on arrival. The area had good restaurants and a couple if fairly well stocked supermarkets less than 10min away. Got those with electric cars like us there is a charger at Villa 7min away from the place. Overall a great location with some extensive trails walkable directly from the location.

What an amazing place to stay! Yanko and his wife are warm and welcoming and will provide you with a very comfortable bed, fluffy towels, amazing food and fabulous Rakija! There are well behaved cats and dogs to enjoy ☺️ and nothing is too much trouble! There were no trouble with communication as Yanko speaks very good English.. and he even helped me to improve my Bulgarian! I can’t recommend this place enough, we will definitely book in again when we are next in the area!

The house is very good. It has a small independent yard where you can have a beer when the weather is good. The house is fully equipped. Although it is small, it has a great atmosphere. The neighbor has a dog, which is very sensitive. The landlord is very nice and I look forward to staying here again.

Мястото е страхотно, много широко, което го прави идеално за хора с деца. Огромен двор. В кухнята има абсолютно всичко необходимо, даже повече. Със сигурност бихме посетили отново.

We had a great time at Konstantin's villa and everything was matching the description and the pictures. We also had the chance to meet José - a Catalonian chef, who was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

The house is absolutely amazing, you can without any hesitation say that everything was made with great thought and love. The owners have done incredible job with every small detail in every room, inch and corner of the house! It was perfectly clean and the kitchen is fully equipped with even the smallest details and even spices! The host is answering by the minute and provided everything we need for a great stay. The house is a unique place to spend time with friends and family. The only thing which had a negative emotion was that it is not mentioned anywhere in Airbnb that the spa facilities are paid extra on daily basis. The spa area it self is very well thought and very comfortable for 5-6 people. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we can recommend that house.

We absolutely loved our stay at Georgi‘s modern and cozy accommodation, especially the hot thermal pool which is included. There is either a kitchenette in the room or the option for a communal kitchen, which we appreciated. On the weekends, there is a delicious breakfast buffet prepared by the family. Georgi was genuinely the best host we ever met on AirBnB. He made us feel welcome from the start and was very helpful, whether it was about hiking tips or other questions we had at any time of the day. It‘s a family-run business and everyone cares equally as much about the guests as he does. It felt more like staying at a friend‘s house than staying in a hotel, but he also gives everyone the privacy that they want. We will absolutely come back when we are in the area again!

Everything was perfect and the host is kind and very friendly. On a walking distance from Paradise centre Mall. We will be back for sure !!

Мястото беше чисто и приятно, на пешеходно разстояние до Paradise Center и съответната метро станция. Домакините ми бяха запазили място, където да паркирам, точно пред къщата за гости. Бих отседнал отново там.
