Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sofia Province

Villa Romance is a true hidden gem! If you're looking for a peaceful retreat away from the city, this is the perfect place. Nestled at the foot of Lyulin Mountain, the fresh air and tranquility made our stay incredibly relaxing. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that feels like home. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, whether for a short getaway or a longer visit. The proximity to Bankya’s Health Alley was a great bonus, and we also enjoyed exploring the nearby forest. Liubomir was warm, welcoming, and ensured we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a serene escape while still being close to Sofia, I highly recommend Villa Romance. We would love to return!

Very nice, big and clean house. The place to eat is separate from the house, which is also convenient. The place is communicative and downtown, close to shops and restaurants. Borislav is a very welcoming host.

Great place to stay. Big house, with a lots of space and everything you need for your stay. Close to one of the best hiking trails in the area.

The house has all the conditions for a holiday with a company, a very spacious terrace, or to settle into the living room if the weather is bad. Quiet place, tucked away, lots of green yard, lots of details in the interior that bring coziness. Good net, but coverage at this end is sometimes bad.

We were on a family vacation for 6 days. The house is big and clean, the kitchen is fully equipped,in the yard you can have a barbecue. The location of the property is great for hiking and very close to Borovets ski resort. Communication with the owner of the Atanas property was excellent,responded very quickly and answered all the questions. We really enjoyed this house and if we ever come to the area we would love to stay here again.

Fabulous if you want to indulge in some peace and quiet. Right on the border with Central Balkan reserve where you can take amazing walks along the river continuation. The house has everything you need and a few minutes away there is also a very good tavern if you are quite lazy. We will visit again!

Great location and responsive host

We spent more than a great time at the villa. The house is equipped perfectly and tastefully, it has everything you might need for your stay, spotlessly clean and a real coziness. Awesome for a family time in the fresh air, nature, and peace, playing with the child and dog in the beautiful and perfectly maintained yard. The trampoline was a unique fun for the little one and in the kids room toys for indoor activities. The yard is absolutely secure for the dog. The locality is picturesque, with incredible views, perfect for walks. The village is very quirky and tidy, people friendly. Denica is a great host! Thank her for her hospitality and responsiveness. Couldn't have been nicer!

We enjoyed our stay!

This was our third stay at Katerina’s place. It is a lovely, sunny, spacious apartment in a perfect location. It is just a few minutes walk from the cathedral square and is very close to several museums and art galleries. Also, about ten minutes walk from the metro station, which goes direct to the airport.

The villa is cosy and spacious. It has 2 fireplaces on the ground floor that make the evenings charming. The rooms are clean, the garden is fantastic for playing with the kids, or relaxing in the afternoon with a book on the grass. The area is quiet, you can hear the birds singing! Really, there is nothing that can make your stay unpleasant! We would definitely come back another time!

We had a lovely two-day stay at Sergei's place. The pool and the garden are lovely to hang out at and Sergei was super fast to respond to any questions we had.

Our stay at the property was wonderful! The place is spacious, very clean, and the view from every window is simply breathtaking. The dining room and kitchen are well-equipped and luxurious, making cooking and meals a real pleasure. The jacuzzi and sauna were spotless, and we enjoyed them every evening. We've had a great time at the house. Great outdoor garden, very well maintained. Heating for the whole house, new furniture, audio station, playstation and xbox. Very well equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities. Swimming pool Varvara is around the corner so we had a good time there with a great restaurant. Overall great place to stay - recommending!

It is important to know that air conditioning is only available in the living room. The house is very beautiful and also the yard. The kitchen is well-equipped, and all of Neri and beautiful. Driveway is bumpy, which can cause low vehicle damage.
