Apartment holiday rentals in Sodus Point

We attended a family wedding so needed a place to stay for the evening of the event. Phil and Kelly accommodated an early arrival and the apartment was perfect. We have stayed in this rental before. We will likely use it again as we travel to the area annually. It is convenient to the beach and in a nice quiet area.

My father was very ill and I wasn't sure how long I would be staying. Matthew was very kind and flexible. He allowed me an early check-in and the option to book extra days. The apt was private and quiet. The shower was very nice and spacious with great water pressure- just what I needed after long days in a hospital setting.... I would book this place again.

The place was easy to find and easily accessible. It is a small but cute apartment that was decorated well. It was a cozy place, sufficient for our small family. Would go back again.

The couple that took care of the property were very helpful! I always read reviews on beds before I book. The beds were extremely comfortable along with the bedding! The flowers around the property were beautiful!

I stayed here for 2.5 months for a clinical rotation at Strong Memorial Hospital. The location of this AirBnB is perfect! So close to Park Ave with lots of restaurants and a 10-15 min drive to pretty much anything else! The apartment was exactly as expected and the hosts were communicative! Overall, I would definitely recommend. Thank you for allowing me to stay here!

Loved the renovated clean space. Easy walk to HWS campus and downtown. Stairs up to quiet apt above a lovely new wine shop. Everything we needed was available and in good working condition. Thk u Bridget

We had a fantastic overnight stay at Kelly’s suite in Geneva! The apartment is beautifully decorated, comfortably furnished, and in a perfect location to explore downtown Geneva. It was the ideal stop on our way to Watkins Glen—we only wish we could have stayed longer! The wine and snacks were such a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. Highly recommend this lovely place!

This is a wonderful place to stay. It’s on a quiet and quaint street and close to town. I suggest leave your vehicle in the off street parking spot and walk to town where there is lots to do. Highly recommend this adorable location. Host was very responsive and friendly ❤️

We loved the wine down bungalow! It was in a perfect spot and extremely cozy and peaceful. It was very clean and comfortable! The view of the lake was very nice and the shared dock was perfect for a glass of wine and the sunset. I recommend this to anyone wanting a nice getaway!

This place was so adorable and was very homey. Loved all the extras included so all I had to do was pack a bag. Will be planning a return trip.

We just loved it. The first floor apartment had such nice character. Clean clean clean. So nice. Loved the personalized welcome sign, some cookies and other treats was a nice touch. The bathroom while compact was awesome with the coolest rain shower and upscale finishes. Loved the reclining sofa! So nice after a long day cycling. We had a couple questions for Ruth and she was so sweet. Kitchen was spotless and setup for full cooking, which we might use the time we visit the area. You will not be disappointed.

This apartment was a great stay, very spacious for our party of 3, and it was close to everything we needed in Oswego. This is quite specific, but loved the plants at the kitchen window, impressive gardening. Overall recommend! We will be staying here again when visiting Oswego in the future.

Dennis is a great host. He was very quick on responding to my queries and made my stay comfortable. The place is comfortable & in a nice neighborhood. I recommend for someone to stay either for short or long term!

Great host, was very responsive in correcting a WiFi issue. Check in and leaving was simple and expectations were clearly communicated. House was well cleaned and matched the description online. Great view of the bay and very peaceful.
