Charming cottage in traditional style, in Sandnäset 700 m from Luleälven. The cottage has three rooms, a bedroom with two beds, a living room and a small but functional kitchen. Small but cozy covered terrace with room for table and 2-3 chairs. Next to the terrace there is a shower and toilet. You have the cottage to yourself! Beach is located at Sandnäsudden (about 1 km). Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Large country kitchen with sofa bed for 2 people. Living room with sofa bed and day bed. 2 rooms on the upper floor. Two bedrooms with double bed and combined office and bedroom with nice views. Fully equipped kitchen. Newly renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are included if you wish.

This is a comfortable modern house in the nature overlooking a beautiful calm river Luleälv. Panorama windows, large terrace with views and lots of light. Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. It´s a dream from children and safe, also perfect for well behaved dogs.

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

The outdoor house at Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

Cozy guest accommodation in a detached garage building. 500 meters to the bus stop that takes you to central Luleå in 20 minutes. 1.3 km to walk to Sunderby Hospital and Sunderby Railway Station. The sauna is in the yard and can be used on certain occasions. Use of the sauna is for an extra charge. The nearest supermarket is in Gammelstad, about 5 km away. Bus connections are available.
