Cottage in a quiet location in the terraced village of Vickleby on southern Öland. The cottage is 26 m2 with a sleeping loft of 10 m2, surrounded by a beautiful garden, built with different rooms separated by trellised pear trees and full of other fruit trees, vegetables and flowers. Vickleby is located in the World Heritage Site of Southern Öland's Agricultural Landscape, on the edge of Stora Alvaret, with its unique flora and two km away from the sea with swimming or windsurfing at Haga Park, or bird watching at Beijershamn. Five minutes walk to Capellagården.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful newly renovated home of 110 sqm. Located about 300 meters from the sea and with walking distance to the beach. There is a large patio on the untouched back with outdoor furniture and charcoal grill. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and dishes for 12 people. Öland Zoo and Coop are 12 minutes from the property. Takes 14 minutes to Färjestaden where more grocery stores and shopping centers are located. It takes about 1 hour 15 minutes to Böda sands camping. Please bring own linen and towels!

Here is offered a house with a large garden and its own pool that you have access to. Enjoy a fantastic view of both the Öland alvar and the Baltic Sea. 2.5 km to the nearest restaurant and 15 km to the nearest store, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.; 30 km to a larger area with several restaurants and stores (shopping center); 2.2 km to the sea, where there is a campground with a small store, adventure golf, and light food in the summer. Unfortunately, the condition of the beach and the water there varies a bit; 30 minutes to several beaches.

Our hidden gem! Birdwatcher's paradise with sea view over the horizon. A dream for nature lovers seeking peace and quiet views without Wi-Fi or TV. Rural and old-fashioned decorated cottage, by the coast on a private meadow. The house has a simple kitchen, outhouse, and water pump up the well on the farm (tested and approved water quality). Your only neighbors are the cows grazing around the house and a few sheep. The house has 12v electricity so you can charge digital equipment but not run, for example, a hair dryer or microwave.

Ocean front modern cottage

Modern cottage only 15 meters from the beach and the jetty that leads you into the sea. The accommodation built in 2019 is beautifully situated on Dunö about 10 min (car) south of Kalmar. The cottage comprises 25 sqm floor + 10sqm sleeping loft and has a full kitchen and bathroom with shower. Proximity to exercise tracks and several other bathing areas and jetties. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Exceptional cottage next to the alvar

Right next to the alvar in the small row village is this former exemption cabin next to our house on the farm. We also run the yarn shop ”Knick alvar”. In spring, the orchids bloom rich here. Several interesting historical places are within hiking distance such as Dröstorp's desert village. We chickens, five cats and two dogs. The house is from 1899 but has all modernities. BBQ area outside. Here, it is quiet and peaceful. Note: Sheets and towels are not included! Cleaning is not included!

Södra Gästhuset, 6 beds

A newly renovated spacious guest house on Ölandsgård. The house is located on the eastern side of Öland in the village of Åkerby. This village is located along the eastern road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Proximity to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärby-badet not more than a few kilometers away and only 15 km to the bridge and barely 30 km to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.

Newly renovated cottage in the charming terraced village of Kalkstad, just 7 km from Färjestaden, and just 20 km from the bridge. Rural location, right next to hiking trails and Alvaret. Open floor plan with living room, kitchen and dining table with room for eight. 1 bedroom with 180 cm double bed. Sleeping loft with mattresses available, if more beds are needed. Bed linens and towels are included.

Lilla Gläntan is a newly renovated home in Kalmar with a pool, sauna and several bedrooms. Here, you live in a quiet residential area with space for socialising both indoors and outdoors. We live here ourselves for parts of the year and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. This is a home to settle in all year round, close to both the city and the Småland countryside.
