The staircase to the first floor leads directly up to a large kitchen-dining-living room with beautiful natural light from both the south and the north. The kitchen offers everything a modern kitchen needs. To the east: Living room with TV, south-facing balcony. Towards West : 1st bedroom with double elevation bed. Second bedroom, two beds. Also has its own balcony.

Villa Neptun with associated guesthouse Mysebo is suitable for those of you who want to be close to everything in Höganäs. Total sleeping space for 8 people, 6 people in big house and 2 people in Mysebo. From the terrace (not in the fall of 2026) on the upper floor, you can enjoy the views over the Kattegat. The garden offers several different seating areas and a large outdoor kitchen with running water, a grill, and an Italian brick pizza oven (requires a little introduction and heating for about 5 hours beforehand; wood is not included). Dining area for 8-10 people is available both inside and out.

Fortuna Strandhem II with lake property

Fortuna Strandhem II is a lovely detached villa by the beach with an associated lake plot located by the water on beautiful Fortuna. Outside the kitchen, which bathes in morning light, there is a small patio with breakfast corner and towards the sea is a large patio. The house offers a fantastic view of Råå harbor and Helsingborg in the north, over Denmark and Ven and all the way down to the Öresund Bridge, which you can see on clear days. It is a couple of kilometers to Rydebäck city center and the nearest restaurant is within a 10-minute walk.

Bring your family and friends to the village of Ängalag, between Båstad (8 km) and Torekov (4 km). Here you live in a guest house, in a wing building, on a small farm near the sea, nature and seven golf courses. In the area, there are many beautiful excursion destinations, such as Norrviken's gardens, Hovs halls and Tora vineyard, as well as nice beaches, hiking and biking trails. The newly renovated, and fully equipped, 80m2 house has large living areas. The house has two patios and there is access to a large lawn.
