Small washroom with incinerating toilet. No withdrawn drinking water, picked up in the well next door. No shower. 1 boat place is included in the property

"Standards corner" - magical tiny home by the water

Are you an author and want to lock yourself in an archipelago bubble? Now you've finished looking. This magical mini cottage fulfills the dream of living in the middle of the archipelago, and literally a stone's throw from the water. In the approximately 12 sqm, there is a fully equipped kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, hot water and dining area for two. In the bedroom, there is a single bed that can be pulled out to 160 cm. A modern shower room is in the barn and is shared with the other guest house. Each guest house has its own dry toilet.

Cabin on Södermöja

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. The cottage is a 5-minute walk from the beach and jetty, or 15 minutes from the Vaxholm boat. There is access to a berth if you come with your own boat. You have the option of booking a shared sauna down by the beach. The cottage is equipped with a kitchen, shower, washing machine. Everything works and it's old standard. A combustion toilet is accessed from the outside and it is shared with the cottage next door. We are happy to help with what can be done on the island.

Cottage 15 m from the sea in a beautiful area

The cottage has one room with two beds and a kitchen with running cold water. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. You have a private patio with a barbecue area. Bedsheets an towels are included. The cottage is secluded in a quiet and protected bay. You get here by car/bus to Stavsnäs, and then by the ferry towards Sandhamn. It takes about 15 min to walk to the cottage. The terrain is a bit hilly so not suitable for stroller/roller bags.

On a fantastic lake plot with sun all day and a lakeview from the accommodation, this redhouse of 55 sq.m. is located on part of our large plot. There is a sauna by the water, bathingdock and grassy areas. Wintertime we drill an ice sink for swimming. Living room with dining table, sofagroup and fireplace. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. A small rowboat is included and you can rent a smaller motorboat. You can rent sheets and towels. 15 min. walk to ferry to Stockholm.

”Dunderbacken” is a newly built house with good social spaces, modern kitchen, shower, toilet, washing machine and fast unlimited WiFi. Nearby there are nice rock baths in the sea and the area is surrounde with smal islands with birds and seals. Kayaks are for rent if you want to visit the islands. Our yard has direct connection to a larger nature reserve with untouched nature and swimming lakes as well as sea/harbour nearby.
