Completely renovated and recently furnished! Warm welcome to this little gem on Södermalm with fantastic balcony facing the courtyard! It is a one-bedroom apartment with kitchenette and nicely located balcony facing south towards the courtyard. Bed of 160 cm and sofa bed. The apartment is centrally yet quiet, and only a stone's throw from SoFo's charming quarters. In the area there are beautiful Vitabergsparken but also some of Stockholm's best restaurants and charming bar paths.

Cosy apartment in Stockholm

Welcome home!. We have many books, art on the walls and a piano. One of the nicest parts of Stockholm. Around the corner you can find old wooden houses, many coffeehouse (Il Café, Kafferang ...) and restaurants (Folii) and the lovely park on the “White hill”. A short stroll to a magnificent view over the city. It's quite and safe in here and easy to walk everywhere, or take the blue buss (2) to the city center. Vibrant neighbourhood in the heart of popular Södermalm. Safe street and calm building with nice neighbours. The apartment serves just as well for smaller families as well as a group of friends. Everything you need just around the corner - museums, bars, amazing views, second hand stores, popular restaurants and Stockholms most popular club (Trädgården) a walk or bike ride away. UPDATE (25 mar, 2024) I have bought a new sofa (bed sofa). The new one is dark gray.

Spacious two-room apartment in the very center of Södermalm with a nice glazed balcony with green plants. Close to everything that Södermalm has to offer and located by Södra Station, which takes you to the city central by train in 3 minutes. Very comfortable kingsize bed and a kids bed in the bedroom. Newly renovated and equipped with everything you need: sheets, towels, projector and Apple TV +, Netflix, HBO and a fully equipped kitchen.
