Magnificent View, really right on the sand!!!!

The apartment is really right on the sand with magnificent views of the garden and the SEA. Approx. 100 steps from the sea!! We've been renting the apartment for over 6 years on Airbnb. We've had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over the course of this time, we have acquired expertise in hosting. We have contracts with a laundry, an air-conditioning company, and a "handyman" who is available 24 hours a day. The cleaning staff is excellent, they've been with us since the beginning.

Cozy House near Pernambuco's Beach

This house is located near Pernambuco`s Beach (about 5 minutes at foot) inside a safe closed neighborhood as it is well controled by a security personal inside it during the 24 hours. It is a little far from the main downtown, yet it has a good accessibility since the main route that cross the neighborhood can take you pretty fast to it and also to the towns nearby (Santos). It is a nice place for anyone who is looking forward to relax. The recommended way for displacement around is by car.

Our recently renovated apt faces the beach and has an exclusive and gorgeous view to the ocean! There is only a garden with palm trees, birds, and a playground between our balcony and the sand. The apt is very cozy and can take large groups or families who want to rest and enjoy the sun. You will have coffee looking at the beach. The apartment is very comfortable in view is beautiful , it is practically in the sand with beach service with chairs and tent. The decor and light and beautiful ,we have everything a house needs if you need help we have a great employee who charges the daily part ,we will pass the contact .. We have a heated pool that is very nice , I'm sure you'll like it very much. Here is a paradise !!We're near the mall,restaurants,golf course,tennis court...

Hello! This apartment is super well located in module 3, a few steps from the sea and close to the mall. It has 1 parking space and a swimming pool. It also has beach service. The apartment is 74m² very well distributed, it is in module 3! It has hot and cold air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.

Close to restaurants and supermarkets, it has a parking space (uncovered) and accommodates up to 5 people. Note: The condominium allows up to 8 guests. Thus, we have 3 single mattresses that can be placed on the floor.
