Magnificent View, really right on the sand!!!!

The apartment is really right on the sand with magnificent views of the garden and the SEA. Approx. 100 steps from the sea!! We've been renting the apartment for over 6 years on Airbnb. We've had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over the course of this time, we have acquired expertise in hosting. We have contracts with a laundry, an air-conditioning company, and a "handyman" who is available 24 hours a day. The cleaning staff is excellent, they've been with us since the beginning.

Hello! This apartment is super well located in module 3, a few steps from the sea and close to the mall. It has 1 parking space and a swimming pool. It also has beach service. The apartment is 74m² very well distributed, it is in module 3! It has hot and cold air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.

Simple, semi-furnished apartment, balcony with barbecue and 1 km from the center of Bertioga. Close to restaurants and supermarkets, it has a parking space (uncovered) and accommodates up to 5 people. Note: The condominium allows up to 8 guests. Thus, we have 3 single mattresses that can be placed on the floor.
