Schöne Wohnung, Lage etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt, diese ist in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr gute Kommunikation, netter Gastgeber!

Thank you Eva for a lovely stay. The instructions both for the apartment and parking were super clear and really helpful. The apartment itself was spotless and so comfortable with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Eva was always very responsive and gave us all the instructions in advance so I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this apartment or staying again. We didn't use public transport but it was walkable into the centre of Ljubljana, taking between 15-25mins depending on which part you're heading to.

Il Posto è molto bello , moderno, cucina completa di tutto , la titolare Maja sempre gentile la zona sauna molto bella per una pausa romantica , jacuzzi ottima anche per 4 , sauna idem. Super super super

A great location - close to the sea, all the necessary amenities are nearby, like a mini-market, and a few restaurants, and even a store with beach apparel, accessories and camping gear. It's close to Punta Sabbioni, from where you can easily reach Venice. Barbara is an awesome host, super friendly, communicative and she gives great informations on where to eat, what to see in Venice, and everything you'll ever need to know! I highly recommend this place!

Wij zijn met 5 man blijven slapen, er valt niks te klagen heel mooi appartement, lekker schoon en genoeg ruimte. Ook voor de deur kon je lekker zetten met een kopje koffie of thee. Het was een hele leuke ervaring en raad het zeker aan! Bedankt Veronika ook voor de gastvrijheid!!! :)

We loved staying in this apartment. It was very spacious, in a great location, quiet and easy to walk to city centre, supermarkets and restaurants. We were able to walk there from the train and bus station (about 25 mins). The kitchen was wonderful- very well equipped and plenty of space to cook. Thank you so much for hosting us in your beautiful city. We would definitely stay there again.

Super verblijf gehad van 9 dagen bij Darija in Bale. We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen door haar man. Darija heeft ons nog tips gegeven en is later in de week langs geweest met een lekker baksel wat haar moeder heeft gemaakt. Appartement is compleet, alles ziet eruit als nieuw. Er was een probleem met het zwembad waar ze mee dacht in oplossingen. Gelukkig na 2 dagen weer gemaakt. Fijne tuin. Parkeerruimte naast de trap van het appartement. Bale is een leuk dorpje met lekkere restaurants. Verder zijn alle bezienswaardigheden te bereiken binnen 15 tot 30 minuten.

Hébergement magnifique, un vrai palais vénitien entièrement restauré avec (très) bon goût! Nous avons été accueilli par Dimitri qui a été très charmant, qui nous a fait la visite de l'hébergement avec gentillesse et qui nous a donné toutes les instructions utiles et même l'historique du bâtiment et de sa famille. Rien à redire, tout était parfait dans l'hébergemùent! Allez-y les yeux fermés; si vous avez besoin de 2 chambres, le rapport qualité prix est incroyable et pour ce prix là vous ne trouverez jamais 2 chambres dans un hôtel de cette catégorie!! A noter la possibilité de laisser ses bagages sur place après le check-out ce qui est très utile losqu'on a encore la journée à passer sur place. Merci!!

Wir waren die 2. und 3. Woche im September in der Ferienwohnung von Fabian. Sie ist genau so wie beschrieben, mit Liebe zum Detail. Wir durften uns auch die anderen Wohnungen anschauen. Wirklich eine schöner als die Andere. Fabian ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Wenn das Wetter schlecht war, hat er uns gleich ein Alternativprogramm geschickt. Die Lage ist super. Zum Strand und zur kleinen Stadt nicht weit. Heimwärts ist es zwar etwas bergauf, aber das schafft man schon. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Herzlichst, Susanne und Johannes.

Fantastic place, made lots of use of the free bicycles to get to and from the beach. Was brilliant!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean & as shown in the pictures. Good location to explore the towns around. Check in was easy & well communicated.

Paolo was incredibly genuine and thoughtful. Not only did he meet us at the pier to ensure we wouldn’t get lost, but he also checked in when we arrived at the airport to make sure we knew how to buy ferry tickets and other essentials. He provided fantastic local tips, from restaurant recommendations to nearby island attractions, and even guided us on where to shop for groceries so we could cook at home. The accommodation was about an 8-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square—close enough to enjoy the sights but far enough to offer a peaceful, local atmosphere. Initially, we were unsure about the lack of a traditional living room, but the large dining table became a cozy gathering spot for our family, fostering even more quality time. The space was also very generous, allowing our family of four to unpack comfortably and truly settle in. This stay felt like a perfect home base for exploring Venice.

Appartamento pulito, comodissimo avere il parcheggio nello stesso stabile. Tutto corrispondeva alle foto e alla descrizione. Ho soggiornato con mio marito e le mie due bambine e tutto è risultato molto confortevole. Maja molto disponibile e anche suo figlio con il quale abbiamo fatto check in. Consiglio assolutamente

Apartment is well located. Everything was a manageable walking distance. The hosts were very responsive to any guidance as to what to do and where to go. Their tips made our stay even more enjoyable. Booking taxi boats or a personalised map of key places were just some of the things the hosts put together for us. Would highly recommend the apartment!!

Ronja war stets erreichbar und hat sich rasch gekümmert. Z.B. war das Licht im Bad defekt, das hat sie gewechselt. Eine Jalousie lies sich nicht runterlassen, auch hier hat sie sich rasch um Reparatur gekümmert. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir noch einen Toaster und Sparschäler. Der Whirlpool war anscheinend noch nicht einsatzbereit. Die Herdplatten sind ausreichend, allerdings reagiert das Touchpad nicht mehr gut, auch der Ofen benötigt lange zum Aufheizen. Das Haus war sehr schön. Die Aussicht, traumhaft, besonders abends, wenn die Berge langsam in der Dunkelheit verschwinden, sehr schönes Panorama. Der Garten ist auch sehr groß und bietet viel Möglichkeit sich zu bewegen. Unsere Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß. Zudem bot er schöne Verstecke für die Osternester. Ronja war sehr aufmerksam und hat für unsere Kinder 5 Osternester vorbereitet.

A anfitriã foi muito atenciosa e simpática. A casa é bem espaçosa ótima para aproveitar com amigos ou família.

Very beautiful and comfortable house. We loved the localisation as we like quiet places in the middle of nowhere. On the other hand it was only 10 minutes by car to supermarket. It was also very good point to make trips to different places in Istria. Perfect communication with the host.

Schön wären Insektengitter vor den Schlafzimmerfenstern und in jedem Schlafzimmer ein Fernseher.Ansonsten war alles perfekt.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, in dem nichts gefehlt hat. Sehr ruhige Lage, aber guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Gastgeber, shr schnelle Antworten und hilfreiche Tipps!

Der Gastgeber war suuuuper nett. Immer bereit Auskunft oder Hilfe zu geben. Es gab gute Tips zu Ausflügen, Restaurants, und Sehenswürdigkeiten . zur Begrüßung eine nette Platte mit Schinken und Käse, Wein und Brot. Das Grundstück ist ideal mit Hunden zu bewohnen, ein kleiner Markt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in Allem ein guter Platz um sich perfekt zu erholen

nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette maison, un peu caché dans un village près de Rijeka. cette maison est idéale pour aller faire des visites dans la région aussi bien en Croatie que en Slovénie que en Italie. Malgré ces quelques curiosités électriques, la maison est parfaitement fonctionnelle. L’hôte mérite son titre de superhost. Il est très réactif et nous a offert un très bon repas qu’il a confectionné dans son restaurant. Nous avons très bien dormi. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la télé car nous ne parlons pas le croate, mais je pense que pour des personnes parlant croates, l’installation est idéal. le wifi a très bien fonctionné. Je recommande ce logement pour un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Die unterkunft ist ein Traum. Die Begrüßung sehr liebevoll, alles ist so nett hergerichtet mit einem Begrüßungsgeschenk, einfach traumhaft. Die Unterkunft ist noch viel grosser als ich mir gedacht habe. Sehr sauber!! Alles vorhanden, es fehlt an nichts. Die Veranda ist auch sehr gross und lädt zum verweilen. Simone hatte tolle Tips für die Umgebung. Schade dass wir nur auf der Durchreise waren. Wir waren gerne noch viel länger geblieben. Daher kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder!
