Family-friendly holiday rentals in Sobro, Nashville

Three couples stayed at the house for four days. There was plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was well equipped. The hot tub is on the smaller end holding three (smaller) people max and no privacy since it is on the deck and faces the neighbors. Only a ten minute Uber ride to downtown. We loved our stay and would definitely rent it again.

Great location, easy uber ride to downtown, never difficult for drivers to locate us. Beds were so comfortable! Enjoyed our long weekend in Nashville!

I had the joy of celebrating my 50th birthday—along with my twin sister—with our entire family under one roof: my husband, our parents, two brothers, and their wives. John and Sandee, your home is truly incredible. From the stunning views off the wraparound porch overlooking the river to the beautifully decorated, antique-filled interior, every detail was perfect. The location offered the ideal balance of seclusion and convenience, with easy access to nearby attractions. We especially appreciated the on-demand hot water—no one ever had to wait for a shower—and the well-stocked kitchen made preparing meals for our group of nine a breeze. The large stove was an added bonus. Thank you for providing the perfect setting for such a special occasion!

Our stay was perfect and everything we hoped for. Hosts were very responsive when needed. Hot tub and relaxing outside was the highlight. The house was very clean and well stocked. Thank you for providing everything in the descriptions.

We loved our stay, it was our first time staying in an air Bnb that the owner also lives in. His personal things were not really visible, so it didn’t feel weird, like I thought it would, felt very much like a regular hotel/ air Bnb stay.the parking was great we never had a problem finding spots on the street for our rental van and pick up truck. We Uber’d to broad street and it was fine. We had a great time the place is clean, spacious and affordable. We would rent this property again.

Great home for a large family/friend gathering. Plenty of room and beds, and lots of open space. Back yard area could be cleaned up more, but was still worth the socializing and gathering out back. Grill worked fine and was usable for BBQs. Easy Uber access to downtown Broadway and plenty to do in downtown Nashville. Great location away from the city to be quiet and quaint, but still close enough for all the action in the city. Would definitely rent from Danielle again!

This was such a great place to stay at! Bon keeps it very clean, and you always knew where everything was. The hot tub was awesome too! Would totally stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable home. We were visiting to spend time together and explore Nashville. There are several great bars and restaurants within walking distance, and a short drive to downtown. The house manager met us at check in and gave us a thorough tour of the house and the amenities. We especially enjoyed the spacious back patio and hot tub. One heads up - the noise from patio of nearby bar Dino's was quite loud Fri/Sat night until 2 am. We went there for burgers and fries and it was delicious and great fun, highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! Walls were filled with local history and it was amazing to see how many country legends lived in this neighborhood. Close to great restaurants, hosts are so knowledgeable about the area, and we loved the tribute to Robert's Western World. Will DEFINITELY book again 🪕

Nice neighborhood. Very family oriented, considering it's right down the street from the college. Our dog was safe in the back yard. House was very clean, smelled nice, modern furniture, big bathroom shower and a fully loaded kitchen(all sorts of appliances). Places to eat near by were walking distance and the downtown area was just a hop, skip and a jump away. This home is in a very convenient location. We were very pleased with our stay.

Mary was an amazing host. She thought of everything we could have possibly needed for our stay, especially with our dog. She left cute notes to help us find the appropriate linens for the furniture for the dog. She had a list of numerous recommendations for every section of Nashville. We absolutely loved our stay!!!

I felt the historic charm with the updated options were a great combination . The neighborhood was in the middle of everything but the street was quiet and easy to park on. I would definitely go back and would recommend it!!!!

We had a aleve group in the condo and it comfortably fits more than they advertise it for. The location is perfect for going out downtown only a 12 minute uber ride. Depending on when and where you go it can be anywhere from 10-45$ for a uber to broadway. The actual area around the house is alright but that’s how all of Nashville is. The beds and appliances were cheap and I wouldn’t call it luxurious but for our 3 night stay it was perfect. Couldn’t have been more happy with everything and the host responded quickly and even let us check out an hour late. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place, clean and tidy, not too far from downtown Nashville. Well stocked with kitchen appliances, tea, coffee etc provided. Value for money.

River view and wildlife were great!

I loved this place! It was the best location it could have been, and right next to the river trail for a scenic walk into Broadway. I loved how close it was to the Sounds Stadium and the new restaurants there. Also, Liz's touches were so thoughtful! It wasn't just normal stuff, she had cotton pads that I realized I had forgotten when I arrived and nice shampoos, and made sure that since we had to start the dishwasher to check out, it was an easy pod! Would definitely stay again.

A wonderful place to stay, the apartment was quite central to lots of great activities to do in Nashville. There were lots of recommendations and activities left for you to do so it was helpful if you didn’t know what to do. It created a fantastic base for our family holiday. Thank you.

Kimberly's place was conveniently located, even though it was about a 20 minute walk to Broadway. She was very responsive and helpful and even accommodated us checking out late...that was a life saver really!!! Thank you so very much for letting us stay at your home!

Great stay! Great view. Clean, the beds were amazing. Patsy's instructions were so well laid out, we didn't need any other help from her, but I'm confident she would have been there to talk us through any issues we might have had. Thanks for a great vacation! We now love Nashville!
