This place is like walking into an architectural magazine. So meticulously designed, simple, and comfortable. Speaking of comfort, the bed is amazing! Plenty of towels, wonderful pots, and pans and dishes. Very special place and so perfectly located to walk in this beautiful city And explore beyond. Highly staying as many days as possible here!

Fantastic apartment! Communication was great from day one and check in was really easy. They allowed us to check in early and on check out we had a safe space to store our luggage. The apartment was exactly as described, stunning and the balcony was an extra unexpected lovely addition. Location was central so walkable to everything we wanted to see. Facilities in the apartment were great including bathroom and kitchen equipment. Would definitely recommend!

Roberta is an exceptional host. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed with everything we needed. From the free bikes to the thoughtful touches throughout, everything was perfect. She was always available, kind, and made us feel completely at home. One of the best stays we’ve had — highly recommended!

We loved staying here. Wish we had more time. When I lived in Verona I never could have imagined staying at a place like this. Probably the best view in the entire city.

Great place with a very nice hostess. The view over the vineyards is beautiful. Our toddler loved it there. The pool is great, huge garden. Were completely satisfied.

We really enjoyed our stay. Villa Joy was a perfect spot to base ourselves for 5 nights. We taxied on arrival for 20€ but after that with great weather we walked everywhere. Day trips to Venice and Lake Garda were easy. Thanks 👍

This space is perfect. There are amazing views of the river and a beautiful roof deck to enjoy the view. It’s walkable to center of Verona and all highlights of the city. Grab coffee or a snack at one of the places right around the corner. Our host was very responsive.

Fabrizio is a super nice, very helpful and communicative host. Before arrival, there was an overview of the apartment and very clear instructions. We only had to search for the rubbish bins a little, as they are, somewhat unusually for us, outside the property in front of the petrol station. But here, too, Fabrizio helped immediately! The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, the beds are great, there are many small amenities such as cool water and wine to welcome you. The environmental awareness in the apartment and in the instructions is particularly positive! The arena is actually 20 min walk, and the car parks great in the courtyard. We can really recommend Fabrizio's apartment without reservation. Thank you for everything, Fabrizio!

We enjoyed the stay at Mara very much. A great and very helpful hostess - always available to us and immediately provided everything (cot, high chair). We felt very comfortable (like home)!!! A wonderful break in the immediate vicinity of Lake Garda. You can completely recover from everyday life, explore the landscape and simply switch off. We were there with our 3-month-old daughter and enjoyed the time in the beautiful cottage and the fantastic surroundings - the fields and the large garden, you can't get enough of it! Great walks in pure nature and not far from Lake Garda! We felt very comfortable and will gladly and definitely come back!

Tremendous location, extremely stylish, very airy and bright with spectacular views. Hotel amenities were also included and engaging staff and positive vibe everywhere. Every detail has been thought through. Beautiful beach and lounge areas. Could not imagine a nicer experience in the area! Thank you and we will be back!

We had a great time at this very spacious and functional place. Not much to say. Plus, on Mondays a market worthy of the name. Frederica has always been responsive to our requests. I'm sure I'll pick it up for a future stay

Wonderfull appartment offered by Phil and Sylvie. They have great instructions/advice and are really flexible/relaxed. You will share the property with other guests in the other appartments though, so if that’s not your thing keep this in mind. We shared it with really relaxed families as well, so absolutely a great experience. The area offers a mix of must visit small towns and larger cities (Vicenza/Padua +-30 minutes and Venice +-45 minutes) with everything you neer for a great holiday! 5 stars for sure.

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for, even better then in the pictures, with absolutely everything you could need. Gargnano was a great base for us to visit the surroundings of lake Garda, city center was 10 minutes away by foot, great restaurants to choose from. Gabi was extremely helpful and helped us with any request we had. Would definitely stay again, totally recommended!

Everything was impeccable! The place Leonardo offers is beautiful, spacious, modern, and comfortable. I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Verona. Leonardo responded quickly to any questions we had, and it was easy to find the apartment and check in

Wonderful spacious apartment. Very clean. It was myself and my 2 children however could easily accommodate a bigger family. Walking distance to all restaurants and stones throw from the water. We felt comfortable and very safe.

I don't know what to say.... The whole thing was perfect. Entering through the gate with the car and seeing our beautiful little yard, surrounded by a jasmine hedge and full of flowers shaded by olive trees right on the lakefront was amazing. In the apartment, the windows that looked right out onto the lake made it feel like there was a living painting... with sound when we left the window open. I would like to address the low ceilings in bedroom and bathroom. It is true, they are low and we are tall so we did have to duck a bit at the head of the bed and in the toilet area but it was COMPLETELY fine. The kitchen was quite well equipped and we made a bunch of lovely meals there. It was a beautiful walk along a sidewalk but then mostly along the beautiful lakefront promenade into town and we walked a few times a day with no difficulty to the ferry, the grocery store, the lungolago. Best of all was Giampaolo's mom who was AMAZING as was her strudel. A beautiful lady!!!! Perfect!

Out of the way but still walkable to everywhere. It’s up quite a few flights of stairs with no elevator in the building, and the roads to get there are mostly cobbled, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Everything was clean and worked properly. Netflix account being usable was appreciated.

We stayed here 3 other adults and found it perfect for our visit to Verona. The apartment is in a perfect location with all the sites and restaurants we wanted to try within walking distance. The bedrooms were of a good size with comfortable beds and strong individual AC units. The bathrooms were clean and had good water pressure and lots of little amenities if you forget anything. The living room sofa was comfortable with plenty of space for us to relax indoors. The large outdoor terrace was perfect to listen to the sounds of a local neighbourhood with a motorised awning for sun protection. The many dining areas gave us flexibility if we didn’t want to go out to eat. We found the host to be friendly and informative and allowed us to have an early check in which was much appreciated. We would recommend this apartment to other people and would stay again if in Verona.
