This unit is on the smaller side but as a solo traveler it suited me fine. All was clean on arrival . Close to the rail trail which provides a paved path to Main Street. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Unit is on the third floor but close to the elevator. Parking can be tight at times. Carriage House has installed the heater/ AC right next to the bed so can be a bit noisy at night.

Todd and Kim were excellent hosts with quick communication. They were very friendly and always there to help with whatever we needed. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen area had all the essentials. I would definitely book here again if we return to Utah.

Magali's place was awesome! So clean, exactly as described, very comfortable and the views were amazing. We felt welcomed, all communications we had with Magali were answered promptly and we felt very much at home. We are hoping to come back again soon!

Can’t say enough good things! Reviews were spot on (other than the one odd negative review which was NOT our experience at all). Hosts were exceptional in all respects. Accommodations were SO lovely, peaceful, beautiful, clean, and ideally located for access to Sundance Resort, parks, hiking, biking, shopping, and yet still residential enough to be private and serene. Owners living above this walkout basement space were extremely respectful of our presence, even provided a package of ear plugs for each of us but we didn’t need them. As we were there for a formal wedding, needed to press our clothes and there was not only an iron but a steamer as well. BRILLIANT!!!! Bed super comfortable. Space blessedly cool in the heat of summer! Highly recommend this stay. We hope to return soon!

This place had everything we needed. It was immaculate, comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals. The one and a half bath was a plus for our family of 4. The 2 bedrooms were perfect. The owners were helpful, kind, and responsive. It was an excellent experience for us! We will definitely stay here again if we can.

Great place to stay with my family of 5! We asked for a 10 minute early check in since we arrived sooner than we planned and we received a response pretty fast! Super comfy and great price! I’ll definitely stay again in the future!

This Air BNB was perfect for us! We have two 5 month old boys and a 3 year old daughter and needed a weekend getaway near home. We could not have picked a better place! Everything in the air BNB was clean and luxurious. It is easy to tell when a place is trying to look fancy but is put together with cheap materials. This place was the complete opposite of that. Everything in there was carefully chosen and quality. It was nicer than any other air BNB or hotel we have stayed at. It also has a hot tub that is really nice that the owners prepare for you once you let them know when you would like to use it. The air BNB is located in a beautiful out of the way and quiet neighborhood surrounded by gorgeous mountains. Nearby there are many restaurants. If I could give this air BNB more stars I would! This is the perfect place for a parents getaway who would just like to relax somewhere nice.

We stayed at Anna’s Airbnb for more than a month while we were house hunting and felt right at home the entire time. The space is clean, quiet, and private. We had everything we needed and more. Anna was kind and always responsive.

Rishats place was not only priced super reasonable, it was a fantastic experience! The house is so roomy and set up so cozy! It had everything we needed and was a great location. He was happy let our other kids who weren’t staying with us come and hang out with us. He quickly responded to any questions we had and let us know that our 6 kids were welcome to use the trampoline and hammock (which were great by the way). Nothing about our stay could have been any better than it was! Perfect everything!!! 5 stars!!!

If you get to book this place, consider yourself lucky. These wonderful people are natural hosts who think of every detail and make sure whatever you might need is there. So lovely and comfortable. Sparky the cat (in the very enjoyable backyard) is also a stellar hostess and they have some very happy hens too. Loved it, it felt like home.

Beautiful spot. It was perfect way to step out of reality for a few days. A little time bubble where you can relax, walk to get groceries, dinner, or just walk. Beautiful view, great pool, overall wonderful experience

Nice, quiet space. Very clean, and a nice big tub in the master. Close to the community pool and playground. Reserved covered parking is really close. Far enough off the beaten path to be quiet, but very easy access to the highway, Sams, Costco, Walmart, and very close to several attractions like the aquarium.

We had a great stay at Sarah's place and appreciated her proactive outreach to check in, make sure everything was going well, and inquire whether we had any questions or needed anything addressed. We hope her place is available again the next time we stay in Park City!

We had an incredible stay at Mindy's place. There was something for everyone to enjoy. Our favorite was the pickleball court. My entire family loved playing. After our matches, the spa was the perfect place to unwind and view the beautiful Utah mountains. The kid's favorite was the inground trampoline and playset. We wish we could have stayed longer to have a BBQ in the backyard and a smore's night by the fireplace. We will come back! The home is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The basement apartment was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family of 6. Mindy was so helpful during our stay. Her husband is also a pickleball instructor; next time, we'll take some lessons. I highly recommend this Airbnb! It has something for everyone to enjoy. P.S. There is an excellent Mexican restaurant only 10 min away. Sol Agave. Check it out!

This apartment was located right in the middle of the city, in an upscale neighborhood, next to walkable restaurants and easy parking. Great view from the apartment with all the appliances that you could possibly need to make your stay enjoyable. The host was prompt with responses and I would definitely stay here again!

Bill and Mary’s hideaway was PERFECT for our work trip!! Extremely clean!! Everything was labeled and organized all over the suite. We loved the space, very private and looks much better in person!!! The communication was amazing, they checked in everyday and made us feel very welcomed. I will definitely stay here again!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 stars!
