While this space is most comfortable for 2 people, up to 2 additional people may be added to your reservation for a fee and we will provide an air mattress. Please note: our home shares a small mud room-style entrance with the guest suite, however the suite has a lock and is private with its own bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette. Connection Pointe is a great getaway for your family vacation or to reconnect with friends, you will be sure to enjoy this beautiful property that sits right along the Sassafras River, it is quiet and peaceful with amazing views from the house and the screened in deck. Come enjoy the sounds of nature as you take time to relax and refocus! There is no boat access to the river from the property. There is a fairly steep bank going down to the river, so please be mindful of this with children.

Horse Haven

Equestrian decor flavors this cozy second floor apartment. You will find a brand new walk-in shower, coffee bar, carpet, furniture, freshly-painted walls and fast fios internet. We technically live just outside of the town limits yet are only two miles from Route 1, which gives you quick access to Wilmington and Dover. Ten acres of woods and pastures surround our bucolic property. Our eventual goal is to host traveling nurses and military as we are close to several hospitals and DAFB.

Relax alone or with the whole family at this peaceful beach cottage. Master bedroom has a queen size bed. The kids bedroom has a twin bunk bed. The walk through bedroom has a full size bed with a pull out twin bed as well as 2 queen size sofa beds. NOTE: THIS IS A BAY BEACH AND IS NOT A SWIMMING BEACH. The beach is great for taking long walks and sunning but not suitable for bathing. House has stairs and is elevated, not suitable for folks who have difficulty with stairs.
