Holiday houses in Smolikas

We were staying at the apartment for four days for my brother’s bachelor’s trip. We couldn’t have had a better time! I would like to highlight a few things here: The communication with Kristo was outstanding, as he replied quickly and was offering help whenever we needed it. The accommodation itself was more spacious than we thought, beautifully located and had all the utilities we needed. And lastly, one big highlight for us was the dog who lives in the area and who accompanied us on our hikes. :) Thank you to Kristo & his family for helping make this unforgettable trip happen!

Very nice flat in a quiet village. The communication with Vaggelis is pleasant and effortless. We would recommend the flat.

Maria was an incredible host, and the house had everything, from kitchen appliances to woods for the fireplace! A plus for Maria was that a friend forgot a small piece of jewellery and Maria impatiently contacted us to send it with the post! The house is big and very cosy and comfortable for 8 people! If you are a big company or family you should definitely choose Maria's place!

The house was refined and traditional with very beautiful and old items as decor for those who know how to appreciate , and emphasized the passion ,the effort and the time spent by the owners to create it. The hosts were very hospitable , greeted us with homemade dishes , gave us useful information about the area , were discreet, and generally we felt the definition of Greek hospitality during our stay. Mrs. Vasso and Mr. Vangelis thank you very much !!!!

Nice little apartment for 2 people close to the center. The owner is very helpful and welcoming.

A very beautiful, tidy, clean, welcoming home. We didn't miss anything and felt very at home and pleasant from our first moments. The area where the house is located is quiet and calm-what is best- while not particularly far from the center of Ioannina. Mr. Thomas is a very kind gentleman and host. He offered us sweets and various essentials for the welcome, tips and information about the surrounding places. We had a very nice stay, although brief unfortunately. Mr. Thomas, thank you very much, have a happy and healthy year!!

Really enjoyed the stay here. The house was so comfortable with everything you can need to feel at home. Lena has thought of it all. The water is filtered ( great for Greece ) and hot water plentiful. Wifi worked great, bed was comfy, Lena was quick to respond. She left us lots of coffee which was a plus 😊 The house is 10 min from downtown and the lake, 50 min to beautiful places in the mountains. It is so refreshing to find a new building and updated apartment when traveling through Greece. Oh and the parking on site, and washing machine. Ill def come back here again . Thank you!

The house was very nicely decorated, all spaces were spotless and the location ideal, close to the center. We'll definitely choose it again in the future!
