Kelly was an extremely attentive host - very easy to communicate with. We felt totally secure that she would handle any problems we might encounter. Luckily, that did not happen but we knew she was there if we needed her. House we terrific! Upstairs suite was great for privacy and the outside space was charming. The record collection was an extra bonus. Would definitely return if ever in Austin again. Nancy

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean, spacious, and perfect for our large group. It’s close to lots of attractions, which made getting around super easy. We loved the extra amenities — the cute little putt putt corner, pool, and outdoor dining area were huge highlights. The beautiful trees in the yard added such a nice, relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!

Steven's place is perfect. Honestly, the pictures don't do it justice. The house is tucked away on a quiet tree-lined street, and you feel like you're in your own private sanctuary. And yet, it's only a few minutes walk to some great restaurants and coffee shops. The house itself is spacious, well-designed, and stocked with high-quality products and amenities. My friends and I are cold plunge converts after our stay here! If you're on the fence about this rental, don't be, just book it!

Nathan was an amazing host. Super responsive and quick to help with anything. The AC wasn’t working when we came in but was fixed within 2 hours of us being there. Super recommend

This is my new home away from home when I visit Austin, a true gem with an amazing host. The house is beautiful and very comfortable with plenty of bedrooms for all. The two living areas make it great for everyone to spread out and the well equipped kitchen is a delight to use. The house is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful trees and garden. The location is perfect and close to many restaurants, coffee shops, stores and everything else you could need. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable with bike and walking paths and lots of trees. The house was very clean and had all the essentials from shampoo etc to snacks and excellent coffee. The host was incredibly flexible and communicative and made our stay one of our best AirBnB experiences ever. He even helped us with a family medical issue and was very kind during the entire time. I really can’t say enough good things about this wonderful host and property. I will definitely be back!

The place is great for a large group - tons of sleeping arrangement, open common spaces and a lovely backyard (with hot tub!). Everything was very clean and George was very responsive to any questions we had. Even allowed us to store our luggage in the garage/game room after check out. 10/10 can’t recommend enough!

Beautiful peaceful property, a wonderful experience to stay here with nature and the animals as well as Walter and his wive's being great hosts that make you feel like family.

Had to stop by austin for a day with my pups and this place was great

This little place was so perfect for our needs. It was incredibly close to all the activities we wanted to do. Very close to downtown and yet in a really cute and clean and nice neighborhood. The place itself is darling. It possibly at one time was an older apartment but all redone and upgraded, It has a darling area to sit at in the lower entry part, or you can sit up on the balcony, lovely trees everywhere. The bed is tucked in a little cubbyhole, luckily we’re still young enough to climb in there. You just have to maybe put your phone under your pillow if you need it by you for an alarm or something, since there are not room for tables, but we made it all work! We don’t sweat the small things, the location was worth everything. Oh, and not to mention the covered parking! The host went above and beyond helping in any areas we needed! Would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay in Lucy’s place; it was well-stocked with necessary items to use during the stay. She was very responsive and proactive in figuring out a solution anything that needed attention. She was kind too. The neighborhood felt safe and there are a few cafes/restaurants in walk distance. Thanks Lucy!

This location was beautiful and well kept. It contained so many amenities that i wish we were staying longer, especially coming from a homebody! Temperature was very well controlled, no issues with the heat outside. The property itself is easily identifiable and had a parking a few feet away which is great. The neighborhood is also quiet, no interruptions or suspicious activity. Hosts were very responsive to our questions and were very kind leading up to our stay. I will definitely be bookmarking this location for a future stay in Austin, thank you to our wonderful guests who made our trip memorable.

The treehouse was such a lovely place to stay. It was private, clean, and relaxing. We walked about a mile to a concert at Emo’s, had dinner at Buzzmill, and then walked back to the AirB and B. It was overall a great night and we would totally stay here again. Full bathroom, kitchen, a king size bed, and so much outdoor area. I wish we could have stayed longer. The hosts also replied to texts right away and were so overwhelming kind and helpful. 10/10 ⭐️

We had a great stay at this home and really appreciated how communicative the host was-always quick to respond to any questions. The home felt very “lived in,” which we actually appreciated for a kid-friendly stay. The photos were accurate overall, though the exterior was more overgrown than expected and the trampoline looked a bit “play at your own risk.” That said, our kids had an amazing time with the seemingly endless toys, and it was a huge relief not having to bring bulky items like a stroller or a Pack ‘n Play, since they’re here. The beds were very comfortable, the A/C kept us cool during a hot Austin weekend, and having a good washer/dryer made life easier. The location is definitely a strong point—easy access to some great local spots, including Launderette and Bufalina, both of which we’d highly recommend. Check-out was simple. Our only real suggestion would be a deeper cleaning refresh to match the overall comfort and utility. This place is equipped for families!

As someone who has been to ATX countless times this is an EXCEPTIONAL place. It’s not only the location (which is UNPARALLELED), but also Aaron, the host, has thought of everything. I felt right at home with my two pups and had several friends and family pop in for a visit. Will definitely be back!

We needed a place to stay after selling our house and before moving out of Austin a few days after. The location and house were great, and Molly was very responsive, flexible and helpful!

we felt like it was an absolute honor to stay in this artistic tribute to all things wonderful - whether a picture of a giraffe peering in the window to see what you are cooking, or a small plastic pig figurine looking down from above the shower. What an experience and we suspect each item displayed has a rich story that could go along with it. The artful displays provide a rich coziness to the experience in this large home. The owner keeps the place spotless and supplied with anything you might need. She is a super communicator and readily available to assist in any way. This is a place you do not want to miss - it is as unique as they come and very comfortable!

We had a great stay! Place was as described, very unique layout that maximizes the space to host large groups. Fully stocked kitchen, an issue I've had with AirBnb's before, was able to make a couple full meals for our group because we had all necessary equipment. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had such an amazing stay and is truly a great find! Not only did they have such fun features and amenities they also had lots of extras that helped make this trip memorable. Would 100% rebooked here for our next trip to Austin!

super nice host! we spent time at the house over memorial weekend and was a group of 10 of us big house had plenty of room for everybody and plenty of towels for the pool pool was super big they even had a grill out there we had an amazing time at this house I'll definitely would love to book again and I suggest you as well for every penny thank you to The Host

Lovely home, very quiet, very pretty sight lines, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, whole house is very livable, porches wonderfully quiet with sound of the creek below, we stayed for three weeks and everything we needed was there. Excellent climate control. Easy to andjust Easy parking in driveway and on street for visitors. Cul-de-sac so no thru traffic. Extremely convenient to city, shopping, park and water. Easy short walk to park and water and trails, oh the trails are wonderful. Thank you Scott and Sally!

Diamantina's place was perfect for my SXSW visit. I loved walking each morning to downtown, even though there is a convenient busstop nearby. The place has everything you need for a week's stay. It felt really cosy. Would recommend!

This home was lovely and looked like the photos of the listing. We were barely at the house (work week) but it was nice to come back to a clean, updated decor, and common areas for our group. We had an issue with the master shower and Amy was super responsive and so helpful. It wasn't anything that impeded our stay there but she was immediately helpful and even left us fresh juices as a thank you. The pool was a lovely perk to to a cold plunge each morning after long and exhausting work days.

Great location, big & tidy house, we had a great time!
