The SoCo Cottage Collection 5 is in a quiet, residential neighborhood, one block off South Congress. It is set up as a studio, with a comfortable queen bed, small kitchenette, Amazon Fire TV w/ Amazon Prime, High-Speed Wifi, full bathroom, & electronic keypad entry. This cottage has one shared wall with the main house, but is a separate dwelling with its own entrance & no shared facilities. This space can also be booked with sister cottages on the property if needed. Luggage storage available.

SoCo Love Loft

New guest house built in back of main house accessible by the back alley. Close to South Congress shopping area. Its completely separate from the front house , has one bedroom and a full bath downstairs with a full kitchen and living room upstairs. The kitchen has a combination microwave / convection oven and a two burner electric induction hot plate in the cabinets. All kitchen utensils , pots and pans, drip coffe maker , and electric kettle Are included in the kitchen. Pets under 25 lbs.

Studio SoCo is a one room studio with attached shower bathroom and kitchenette. The two twin beds are comfortable and can be separate or pushed together by request. The shower bath also has a toilet, sink and all the amenities you will need. In the kitchenette you will have access to a sink, microwave and medium sized fridge. In addition to all that, the 45 in Smart Tv is ready for movie watching.

You'll love staying in this handmade guest house! The yurt is carefully nested below cedar-elm trees in the back corner of our yard, 200 feet from the road, with a private entry and personal deck. Everything about the space is custom. The studio boasts a fully stocked kitchen, lightning wifi and loads of green space. We're just ten minutes from downtown, the airport, and south congress!
